The rudest people. Smoothly not bad but arrogant condescending staff. Raised there voice to stand outside then didn?t give me a... straw. I was looking for one and she raised her voice again ?there right in front of you?. They?ve were On top of a tallcounter. Terrible customer service. Read more

Worst customer service. I was super excited to enjoy some froyo but was "greeted" with rude employees complaining they had no... idea where all the customers were coming from... there was only 4 customers in line. Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The four women behind the counter had the nastiest attitudes. Stood behind the counter gossiping,... peering out like an episode of mean girls. ( Helpful hint ladies! Customers keep you busy so in return your store has profits topay your employment ) One looked at me and said ?NOT ME??. I ask for a mango beverage and rudely another employee said are youmaking up your own drink? No lady ? I am TRYING to ask for a drink with mango off your menu. What happened to friendly / helpfulcustomer service? The theme continued to the customers behind me in line. The owner of this store should really be more aware ofthe staff they employ. They should be embarrassed at the work ethic they possess. The airport is stressful enough. As acustomer, I will never return to this store and will be sure to inform anyone who will listen to do the same ! Read more

I LOVE the food and healthy juices at this place, but EVERY time I come here there's NO food and NO juice, since they're under... staffed. Then they helped 5 customers who placed orders AFTER me, before they made my drink order. Soooo disappointing, sincethere's not many healthy options for fast food on the go at this airport. THIS IS FOR THE WOMAN WHO TRIED TO JIP MY MOTHER AND I A DOLLAR AND KEEP IT FOR HERSELF. I AM DISGUSTED. These women jipped my... mom and I a dollar and when we asked for it back she yelled at us because they?re ?understaffed.? Being understaffed has nothingto do with having the basic ability to do change. So she keeps opening the drawer and screaming at us to stand back yet theplace was nearly empty. Every time she opened the drawer she wouldn?t get it for us. Then, after my mom asking she startedscreaming she was going to F her up. I kid you not, leaning over the counter and screaming. The security pulled them back to theroom but weren?t helpful. I highly encourage management to contact me about this situation, as I will be making sure I informanyone who ever wants to eat at this establishment. These women, especially the one who wanted to F my mom up, should all beterminated. I am disgusted and horrified. Management should contact me. And yes, after a solid 20 minutes of asking for mychange, they coughed up the dollar. And before you ask, it?s the PRINCIPLE. Don?t jip me. Read more
