Incredibly uncomfortable experience here today - wish I could give it zero stars. I would type out an entire explanation/review,... but its not worth my time. Most bizarre experience I've had at a place, AND I was with coworkers. So uncomfortable andunprofessional. Fortunately my team thought it was incredibly weird and unprofessional, and were impressed at how patient andchill I was about the whole thing. Can't take much credit though, I was mostly just shocked and didn't know what to say for themost part (and I am not confrontational anyway so these situations just make me uncomfortable). I even tried to play along atfirst thinking that the person was actually joking, but they weren't and I had to sit there for about 3-5 minutes just beingsubjected to an interrogation about why I would want a RECEIPT. I kid you not, about clicking the "print receipt" option on thepayment kiosk screen. I literally just wanted that because we had to put a card down for the table and then divide up thechecks, so since I put my card down I just wanted to make sure I was charged the correct amount post-division. I like mycoworkers but I'm not trying to pick up a tab for 5 people. AND we tipped a big amount before this whole inquisition too. Theytopped it all off with a nice veiled insult about how they thought I was "much older" than I actually am (making very clear thatthey were implying that I am antiquated for ordering a receipt). Thank goodness there are so many great alternatives in LattaArcade, not to mention Charlotte as a whole! Can't wait to never spend another penny here again AND get my receipts withoutbeing berated. Good experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the chipotle burger, the beef philly, and a local blonde ale.... Food was good, meat was just a bit dry, fries were tasty and the beer was really good! Read more
Extremely personable owners and staff. I've felt welcome every time I've been here, with a very "neighborhood bar" feel to the... place. A good selection of booze, knowledgeable bartenders, and their kitchen isn't bad either! Outdoor seating is limited bythe small space available, but is pet friendly and good vibes. Of the choices on Brevard Court, I think this one is my primarypreference. Read more
Stopped by while visiting Charlotte and it was so worth it! We sat outside with our kids. The staff was very attentive and... friendly but the food was so good. I got the impossible Mediterranean burger. Super tasty and fresh. The white chicken chilisoup was also a hit. We would definitely come back again. Read more
So glad we stopped in this great place. We were greeted, seated, waited on, and served within 20 minutes. The food was hot and... delicious. We were there right before noon on a Saturday. We sat outside on one of their picnic tables. We would definitelyreturn. Read more
Went to this restaurant last night because it was close to the spectrum center for a concert. I was impressed with the beer... selection and the quickness of the food. The quality was also great. I had the quesadilla and my son had a burger. Both weregreat. Definitely recommend. Read more
Randomly found QCBC and so happy I did! They had an amazing selection of draft and bottles and a great menu. We had the poutine... and the nachos and both were outrageous. I really wanted to try the burger- def next time. Staff and service were incredibletoo! Props to Cameron and Madison! Will definitely go back!! Read more
Got the QCBC burger for lunch with kettle chips. All of the above were tasty. Service was good and my order was ready quickly.... Good atmosphere, and good music choices as well. I would recommend giving this place a try. Read more
