Went to Qdoba off Woodlawn. Customer service and overall presentation lacking today when I walked in. Don?t know the man?s name,... black gentleman, fat?.or I should say?heavy set? comes out the back, looked un kept, not clean, seemed like he did not want tobe there. Don?t know if he was intimidated by me, but he got my order wrong and would barely speak up. I had to lean over theglass so he could repeat himself. Asked for brown rice, he put white rice on burrito still. Didn?t really make a fuss out of it,had other things I had to do. The vegetables were all but gone. I told the guy I?d take what little was left. He probably shoulddo better job making sure it?s filled. The other servers seemed indifferent. One server threw the burrito on the counter. Thecashier seemed high or a bit ditzy to me. It is what it is, though. Didn?t really care, but I always want to write reviews soother can be aware. Whoever the manager/owner is, I recommend customer service training, and for the big guy, perhaps the ownershould go over appearance. There?s nothing wrong with looking presentable on the job and taking pride in looking presentable.Brush your hair, iron shirt, etc. Just my two cents. Burrito was decent, so was cookie. But, yes, definitely some training isneeded. Shouldn?t have to tell a grown man to take some pride in his appearance at work. And shouldn?t have to tell people tohave better customer service when working fast food, but sometimes it has to be done. Read more
Wife did a burrito bowl and it came out a little dry. The kids both had the quesadilla which came out well. Overall the food was... fine, staff was nice, and the restaurant was clean. Was a bit empty for a Friday lunch. Read more
Can I give this location -5 stars? First off the staff here are rude. How dare I bother them and ask for them to make tacos? 2... of us ordered the street tacos. When asked if we wanted them how they come we both said yes. And then we each receivedcompletely different ingredients. ????. We had to ask for the cups for our drinks, then the lids, then the straws. The cashiershould have just stood back and let us do it for him. At least we wouldn't have bothered him. It is no wonder restaurants aregoing out of business. In short we paid $30 for mediocre food and horrendous service. Save your time, and patience. Go toCostco, get the taco platter for $15, take it home and serve yourself. Better food and at least you don't have to deal with rudepeople. Read more
Went by for lunch and had three street tacos for $15 and ended up leaving, full of regret. First, none of the employees knew the... recipe for street tacos. They kept looking at the main menu to see what to add next. My partner got street tacos as well and weended up eating two different tacos altogether. Second, you'll get dished up a whole lot of bad attitude from the moment youorder to the end. There's a lot of unhappiness there. If I were you, reader, go somewhere else. Don't order food from people whodon't even want customers coming in. Qdoba No, never going back. Read more
