After waiting 15 minutes for someone to say hello in the drive thru. I wanted to order there 11 piece family special this... restaurant has advertised. The employee informs me they don't have anymore 11 piece family meals. I could order an 8 piece or a12 piece family meal at a significantly higher rate. I said if you can make a 12 piece you can make an 11 piece family meal. Isaid if you're not doing that special you need to take the signage down. I left. Staff at this place needs mandatory etiquette & customer service training. Waited in line & when I pulled to the speaker, I was... told ?We?re only taking mobile orders at this time?. Fine. However, once you?re in the line there?s no way to drive out. 30minutes wasted. I told the manager on duty, if you guys are not taking regular orders, at least have the courtesy to put a signup on your window so customer?s aren?t wasting their time & theirs. Good grief, I wish just ONE Popeyes could be dependable. I got in the drive through, but got out when I saw it wasn?t moving.... When I went inside I ordered, then 10 minutes later a worker said no more orders inside, only Door Dash. Then they startedrunning out of food. First no fries, then no Mac and cheese, all while I?m standing there and have already paid for thesethings. Fine, I know everyone is short staffed, but I?ll be patient. After waiting for 25 minutes, I ask how much longer my waitwould be since I know I?m going to have to change sides. They start to fix my food and tell me I?ll have to choose new sides,which I do. We waited in the restaurant for 45 minutes, then got home to dirty rice that was as cold as if it just came out ofthe fridge. I?m not even going to talk about how we were short an entire chicken strip after waiting 45 minutes. The onlypositive is that the staff was kind and never got an attitude, even when a customer was rude, but it is clear they are shortstaffed and overwhelmed. Please get it together Popeyes! Dang! As of today the rating here is 2.9 and that is way to high. No counter ordering, order online or go home. Place is dirty and... staff is rude. Only people enjoying themselves are staff who laugh continuously as they run customers off. Read more

This place was terrible. First, the card reader was down, so thankfully we had cash. The drink machine was out of both ice AND... carbonation. The napkin and condiment holders were empty. I ordered a 16 piece and an 8 piece meal to go. I was told they hadenough chicken, but I would have to wait for a fresh batch to be prepared. No big deal as I get that other people need to beserved as well. They told me 15 minutes until my order was ready. Cool. 15 minutes is nothing. 30 minutes later I asked and wastold 7 more minutes. By this time my wife came in and said she would wait and I should go to the car (maybe my RBF kicked in).10 more minutes passed and the she was also told 7 more minutes. Good lord! They were not understaffed, they were not slammedwith customers. It was just poor management. I do love that chicken from Popeye's...just not this Popeye's. Read more

Terrible. justclose this location. The boss that was on staff tonight was unmotivated and didn't even run the crew at all. I... should've checked on my order before I left, I would've just gotten my money back. I ordered a M fry and look what I got. Terrible customer service? went through drive through and paid for order. Once at the window and sitting and waiting on food.... The young lady with goldish brown locs came back and say they have no coleslaw, so we choose another side. Soooo she gave us ourorder and said thank you. We ask for our drinks and she gave us two drinks and no ice?smh? I ask could we get some ice. Shedidn?t say anything just turn away and brought back one cup of ice?smh again. Ask could we have two plates. Her answer, we don?tany any? if you don?t like your job, that change your job or better customer service. Or corporate needs to have a bettertraining for employees.
