The best pizza I?ve had in Charlotte in 12 years. I got the jerk chicken (perfect level of spicy) and the pepperoni/sausage. The... crust is perfectly crisp, not too thin. Talk about some amazing NY style pizza!! This is located downtown and has indoor and outdoor seating. You order your pizza and... then you can grab a beer or drink at the bar. Once the pizza is ready they bring it to you. We got the Supreme pizza and was inheaven! The slices are huge and packed with tons if fresh toppings and a thin crust. First Time eating at Pizzeria Sapienza. I have to say the service was excellent. The food was amazing. Nolan the manager on... duty was an excellent host. Nolan made sure our food came out as expected and periodically checked on us throughout ourdinner. If you are in Charlotte and want to eat the best Pizza in town look no further. We thoroughly enjoyed this place. They had lots of slices to choose from. We also got garlic knots and they were some of the... best I've had. One of the employees told me they mixed a little bit of sugar into their recipe. There were multiple types ofcake to choose from for dessert as well. Visited this restaurant yesterday with my children and friend. We all enjoyed our pizza. I ordered the BBQ chicken the crust and... toppings were delicious. The children enjoyed their slices of cheese pizza. I also ordered lemon pepper wings they were good aswell. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The customer service was great. They were attentive and helpful withplacing orders. My only complaint was the drink machine looked disgusting ????. Looked built up mildew I think it needs a goodcleaning. I had a large supreme pizza delivered to my hotel. The pizza was a perfect New York style pie. After a long day of traveling it... hit the spot. It was delivered warm and it had flavor. Everyone I delt with over the phone and at the delivery vehicle werefriendly and helpful. I will order from this place again. Oh and the price was a huge surprise - cheap. Read more
