Extremely poor customer service, never received my order, I was hung up on 5 times when trying to track my order after I... received notification it was delivered but it was not. The person who finally answered the phone told me he would call back butnever did. I called back 45 minutes later only to get hung up on several times and when finally talking to a man allegedlynamed Tony he told me to call the next day to talk to the GM only to lie about his name (Tony) because he can't do nothing aboutit. I will never order or trust pizza hut again! However, Tameka the GM did take care of my refund the next day because thenight manger (allegedly Tony) was terrible at his job and customer service. Service was awful. Don?t offer Curbside Pickup if you have no intention of bringing the order out. After waiting almost 10 mins... and watching the lady behind the counter play on her cell phone, I stepped in to get my food and I was treated like aninconvenience to the woman behind the counter. My food was ready and had been sitting there the whole time, only order they hadsitting there. I don?t think she could have been much ruder. Pizza was delivered by a 3rd party. ...Door Dash. The time that I received my order exceeded the time that was noted when I... ordered. Pizza was cold and sauce was left off. I contacted the store. Just nasty! Will never order delivery again. On top of having hair in the bag (Gross) wings looked disgusting. Called the... manager and she did not care! Had to get out of bed and go back to the store for a refund. Just bad service all the way around. Read more
A picture is worth a thousand words. ???? I actually am not too mad that they forgot to put cheese on half of the pizza because... I didn?t want much anyway. And it?s still pretty good. Don't even waste your time ordering here. It's convient but at the end of the journey it's truly not worth it. Your food will be... cold, your food will be made rushed and sloppy, you will only get a little of the ingredients you request for all in one areaof the pizza, and there will not be any tamper stickers on your product to even know if someone has tampered with your food(notsafe at all).
