You call and order your$19 special pizza and she says that will be$25.30 but your looking for a pizza hut driver and it's door... dash so I checked my account and this $19.30 pizza has cost me double what the helicopters not just once but twice callcorporate and they say I am sorry Where's my money? Extremely poor customer service, never received my order, I was hung up on 5 times when trying to track my order after I... received notification it was delivered but it was not. The person who finally answered the phone told me he would call back butnever did. I called back 45 minutes later only to get hung up on several times and when finally talking to a man allegedlynamed Tony he told me to call the next day to talk to the GM only to lie about his name (Tony) because he can't do nothing aboutit. I will never order or trust pizza hut again! However, Tameka the GM did take care of my refund the next day because thenight manger (allegedly Tony) was terrible at his job and customer service. Service was awful. Don?t offer Curbside Pickup if you have no intention of bringing the order out. After waiting almost 10 mins... and watching the lady behind the counter play on her cell phone, I stepped in to get my food and I was treated like aninconvenience to the woman behind the counter. My food was ready and had been sitting there the whole time, only order they hadsitting there. I don?t think she could have been much ruder.
