I placed an order with this store. Personal pan pizza and 6 wings. Never received the order waited 2 hours no food. I called to... cancel the order the girl told me it was already out for delivery!! Called back the guy answered said my food was still sittingthere! I would like my money back! No food! Refund please. Do not recommend this place! Read more
Trust the reviews people. The pizza was hard and hardly any ingredients. The fries were so soggy drenched in grease. Do not... waste your money at this location. The guy up front should not be in the business of customer service. Are there any adultspresent? Please do yourself a favor and choose a different pizza hut. Who owns this store? You guys need to do some training and developing on customer service. I ordered 2 pastas, cheese sticks and... a pizza. One of the pastas was incorrect. (I don?t eat red sauce). I called the store to let them know their error, the guytried to make it seem like he could not find my order. When I told him I called earlier and talked to him he magicallyremembered and fussed about why he didn?t remember. He told me I had to come all the way back in the pouring rain to get thecorrect order. I tried to explain to him that we live pretty far and that it was raining badly. I didn?t want to put my babyback in the car in that weather. He was not empathic neither did he care. He told me that?s all I can do for you with a verynasty attitude. I then asked him for his name and told him I would be calling corporate, he hung up on me. What he could havedone? A credit, a refund, etc. I will definitely not be returning to this Pizza Hut again. As a HR Manager I see so many thingswrong with the way these associates are running this store and from the other reviews I see that others feel the same way. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. I ordered with the app. When processing the payment it says the apple is not working... YET my card was debited the full amount of my order. I called the store for assistance. Between the girl that initially answeredthe phone, who was no help, and the manager she claimed to had went to get, I received the worst customer experience ever!!!!When he got tired of my questions, the ?manager? hung up in my face. I called back several times but was rerouted every time tothe offline answering service. Finally, someone from the store answered and then supposedly they couldn?t find the storelocation number which I?m sure is written on ever corporate poster and receipt that gets printed. They knew I was calling tocomplain. Also the young lady had the nerve to say ?this girl aggy? but I wasn?t on mute. Horrible experience and I will neverorder from there.
