It is a cozy latin restaurant. The food is good. A little salty but not to be a problem. The music is terrible. I ll suggest to... try the chicken empanadas, coffee, juices, chicken and the soup. Chicken wasn?t fresh and it was cold. I let the server know and she didn?t offer to get fresh chicken. She said I?m sorry.... That?s what she didn?t get tip. I never received oil & vinegar for my salad. It was horrible. If you like old cold food andhorrible service go. I will never go there again. First time here and it was great! Friendly service great foods and a cute spot. We had the garlic shrimp as an appetizer and... they were a little too oily but had great taste and the fresh tostones were delicious too. We had the chaufa rice with shrimpand chicken good flavor and the plantains gave it a nice sweet touch. The sauces were so goood!! I love spicy and they wereflavorful! Read more
Intersting place. Not sure what chicken dish I had but the chicken was overcooked and tough. My friend had chicken in a salad... and his chicken was overcooked. The plantains were excellent and were the rice and beans. They need more than the 2 saladdressings they were offering. I'd probably go again and order something different. My husband said he wanted to try Pio chicken and I was like ok guess I?m on a diet tonight?however the food was really good,... somehow it tasted homemade. Everything was made just right, the yellow rice, the plantains, the fried squid, the tacos, thesmoke sausage?I can?t believe we actually finished everything. Two thumbs up Pio Pio! Read more
