I have been here a few times in the past with no issues but today I had a taste for a Philly cheesesteak and they have always... made great sandwiches for me in the past so I went for lunch. I don?t know who the staff is now but the young lady taking theorders was snarky and I assumed it was time for her to leave since she left right after my order. After that frustration therewas a older lady who explained and smoothed over everything she was great. Then I got my sandwich and was disappointed it was sosalty I couldn?t even eat all of it idk who the new staff is but this was a disappointment I might come back in a year or twoand see if things have changed back to my first experience?s Read more
I was not pleased with the service. The staff was rude. When asked if they could do anything regarding my sandwich they was... very short with you. When asked to cut sandwich in half it never happened. Needs to be more customer service friendly. Read more
Only reason I even gave it a 2 is because the food is good BUT EVERYTHING else is NOT! Customer Service is the WORST(employees... are rude with attitude problems)&food took forever&they seemed incompetent when it cameto making my order also wait time isridiculous!!! Read more

The Manager here is one of the best leaders and overall quality person I've ever come across, his professionalism, work ethic,... manager style, and how he treats his employees and customers alike are all something to strive for. Could not stress enough howgreat my experiences have been here so far and I have multiple friends who will go to this location just interact with themanager. 10/10 across the board and somewhere I'd recommend if you want a superb experience. Club on a sub had one measly strip of bacon. Very disappointing. Two stars because the staff was super nice but the food was... just not good enough. Got a bogo 6? sub and medium fries and it was much more expensive than I expected. Read more
