A little bit disappointed since my shrimp and grits came to the table ice cold. It was a slightly above average experience.... However, they did redo my order. The Fish and Chips was fantastic. Our waitress was helpful with suggestions but some of theother staff were more into conversation with each other than the clients. As for hospitality, I would say they need work. Just came to Pearlz for an impromptu dinner - had the best experience! Got seated immediately, it was a beautiful night so we... sat on the patio and there was live music near us by the fountain. We came in pretty hungry and our server Renee couldn?t havebeen more attentive to our needs if we asked! She recommended fast tasty appetizers (the shrimp cocktail was really fresh!) wealso enjoyed some oysters that Renee recommended. We told her our taste preferences and she nailed it!! Great place for a quick bite to eat with drinks. The bartender was awesome, and the young man, the oyster shucker, was superb.
Don't waste your time. Nothing like their Charleston location. Our waitress was evidently new. Ask if we wanted our steamed... shrimp raw???? 6 shrimp for 12.95. The atmosphere was nice. Staff was nice and accommodating. However the food was terrible. The seafood salad was fishy. I feel... like the crab meat was taken straight out from a can and put on top of a bed of mixed iceberg and some tomato. The trio seafoodplate had 4 raw oysters, 4 very tiny raw clams and 4 cold cooked shrimps. The oysters were fresh but very small. The shrimpssmelled terrible. Food was awesome. My mom wanted Oysters for her birthday and she very pleased with them. I had seafood pasta and it was... amazing. Staff was very sweet. Will definitely visit again. Read more
