Use to order from them all the time but usually pick up. I?ve had it delivered twice and both times they forgot items. Which ya... know happens.. annoying. But mistakes happen. I called with my order number, phone number, name, address, and reciept in emailstating from their store and both times they claimed ?they couldn?t find my order? waited on phone for 10 min. The guy I wastalking to this time seemed nice it wasn?t on him but it?s insane that they have no proof of my order and I had to wait so longto even speak to someone. Eventually just hung up because not worth the hassle. The last time the woman I spoke to told me Ilied about ordering the food lol despite offering to send her a picture of the pizza and reciept as well as ring camerascreenshot showing delivery guy and time stamp?. but never ordering from them again and highly recommend no one else does eitherunless they pick up their order. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EEEVVEEERRR!!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Ordered pizza at 9:12?.. held on hold from 10:48 until 11:27 just for... the guy to pick up and tell me that they can?t remake anything else tonight cause the driver claims he dropped the pizza offwith some random guy in the parking lot who knew the room number. The most bogus story I?ve heard yet! And the guy wasssuuppeerrr rude! I wouldn?t send my worst enemy to them, not even for a soda! DO NOT ORDER! I was recently given the wrong order, but after calling the restaurant the manager apologized and had the correct order made and... delivered quickly. I was surprised to also see that they had given me a refund. It was a simple mistake so no harm done. Edit:I ordered 2 medium pizzas in my most recent order and was given 2 small pizzas. I measured them and they were 10 inches insteadof 12 and even the boxes were smaller. Read more
Came in to order two XL pizza (one Tucson, one pep, mushroom, and sausage) lady working the cash register saved me quite a bit... of money by telling me to order the same pizza as larges and upgrade to xl for $2 more save me $10. Pizza was great, and I wasin and out in less than 10min Read more
