This place got my friend and I sick twice when I ate food from there. My friend got so sick he had to see a specialist after... months of not recovering because of the bad bacteria that was on their pizza from them not washing their hands after them goingto the restroom. ???? They use door dash for delivery now, so after waiting while door dash drives all over this side of town including a stop 'at the... crib', they show up with the wrong order then want to get mouthy when you point it out. When I called the store the managersaid they'd already banned that driver (but gave them my order anyways). Door dash is a trash company and has made Papa Johns atrash company, I will never order from Papa Johns again. Why anybody would even attempt it when they literally don't bring yourfood is beyond me, the last time I ordered they messed that up as well. Horrible service for expensive food. Read more

Tried to order 2 pizzas at 9pm. Website is slow and does not respond/email. I changed the payment to cash and retried. No... response from website and i highly advise calling this store and listen to the prompts, it sounds like a joke on theircustomers! I ended up having to pay for 4 pizzas with seperate delivery fees. Apperantly neither are refundable because thisstore does not answer the phone. Read more

First off, delivery driver is great. However, store service is not. They don't pick up the phone. I placed my order online, and... it doesn't tell me the estimated time till after I put the order through. It says 119-129 minutes for my delivery! I couldn'tfind a cancel button, so had to call the store. Good thing the estimate was way off and they delivered my order in reasonabletime. However, they forgot to put the spinach I ordered. Do Not eat at this location. The amount of cockroaches in this store is baffling. The district manager believes that it is... completely acceptable to sell food that roaches have crawled on. I was fired for refusing to subject our customers to that kindof disgusting practice. This store ONLY cares about grabbing your money. RUN!!!! Read more

Ordered 16 Piece wings at 11:45 pm was hoping I would enjoy great wings like other papa John's location have before. But I'm now... enjoying burnt wings that apparently was fried in old oil . Particules of old wings and other foods was attached to the wings.They where drizzled in Buffalo sauce after placed in the box instead of being tossed . I'm a chef at a very exclusive restaurantin Las Vegas Nevada and visiting my wife that just wanted to eat papa John's wings after she been released from surgery.
