I got the new bowl, they don't fill the bottom of the bowl, need more sauce, over all taste is good
First off they delivery driver delivered the pizza to the wrong address wrong. After waiting one hour I called in to get the ETA... on a med pepperoni pizza. That is when I found out that the delivery driver had delivered my pizza to the wrong address. Sheoffered to refund, remake and redeliver my pizza but it would be another 45-50. I decided to pick pizza up instead and when Iarrived I was instantly disgusted and how the female cashier was digging in her acne prone chin, messing with her lip ring,taking money and then handling my FOOD (ALL FOOD). There is still a pandemic out here and even if there wasn't this she was notpracticing health and food safety rules! Unacceptable!! Store 303 is clearly incapable of following an assignment! I ordered delivery. I've been waiting 2.5 hours! I called at the 1.5 hour mark to ask what was going on with my food. I was told... they had only 1 delivery driver and apologized. She assured me my order would go out next when the driver returned, so another20-30 minutes. So now I'm here waiting (and I can't just go to the store for various reasons), I did submit a complaint on thewebsite. I finally get a notice it'll be here about 9:46 pm (ordered at 7:22 pm). That time comes and goes... I check again andmy order is randomly cancelled. Seriously?!?!?!?! What the heck???? So here I am calling the store back and waiting on hold withthe most awful hold recording replaying over and over for the past 6 minutes. Let's see if I reach anyone or get anywhere evenwith corporate. UPDATE: I finally had to go pick up the food. I think it was about 3 hours from the time I ordered till Ifinally received it and got home. The young man that was at the store, though, was so kind and professional. My granddaughter got food poison off the one order we placed before. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt ordered some... tonight and wings were not done yet again and my pizza. After specifically telling the employer to make sure it's doneespecially after what happened the first time you would think they would have went the extra mile but didn't. Then offered adiscount of 23 cents from the first incident and nothing was done we barely eat from here so you would think this time made adifference but it didn't. This was my fist time at this establishment, and it will be my last. Upon picking up my carryout order, the young man whose name... I did not get, was very rude not only with me but the customer who was before me. He notice I took out my wallet and stated"It's already paid for." I said "I know" as I was going to offer a cash tip. The young man said "No man, I can't take that." Hethen proceeded to walk to the back and shouted "Go buy yourself something nice, man." Very unprofessional and uncalled for,especially when a customer is offering a tip as appreciation. I will never order from here again, and most likely will neverorder from Papa Johns again if this is how employees disrespect their customers. Read more
