We have had about 4-5 situations where we wait over 2 hours for a large pizza. It seems they have to call door dash for delivery... help, so I understand when things are busy, but there is no way to communicate with the store. We will call and press 2 and thenlisten to the most obnoxious recording of a guy trying to upsell their items. We ordered delivery for a birthday party a fewmonths back. The pizza order time was nearing a three hour wait time. We finally got through on the phone and we?re told we hadto pick them up or we wouldn?t get them, they had no delivery driver. Worst experience at this store. I would never even give any tip to this store. When I called to check the status of my order,... the lady responded very rudely saying it's not her problem if the website doesn't show the order status correctly. WAS a 5 star and perfect restaurant for over a year, 2021 and earlier. But I noticed the previous manager left and someone else... took his spot. Coming back to this place in awhile in late 2022, I was very upset that I got a completely different, incorrect,wrong pizza from what I actually ordered online. But I'm going to let it slide once since the manager is brand new and stillgetting used to things, plus it was on a busy Saturday. Hopefully this mistake doesn't happen again. I've been a customer formore than 3 years. The mistake was, my pizza was supposed to be a extra large 5 topping pizza. Instead I got a large size 1topping pepperoni pizza. It was very clear and obvious that they put my sticker name tag on the wrong box. I ended up paying anextra 3 to 6 dollars for a smaller pizza. Oh well. Read more
OMG! the Manager be so so rude to a customer that had a horrible cookie pizza. The lady just politely asked for a new one or a... refund and the Manager got so nasty to the customer with her kid present it was a shame. She threw the woman?s cookie pizza, Ifelt like canceling my order but had hungry kids at home. She should not be in this area, she need to be working in the hoodwith that rude nasty attitude. Talked with the stores GM. One of the rudest interactions I?ve had with a GM. I was told I had a credit for a pizza for a... mistake on a previous order. I called to order this pizza, at first she said there was nothing in the system ever ordered undermy number. Which I?ve ordered from here plenty of times. Then I said there is no way that?s possible and all the sudden she?found it? claimed my order was right and she was on vacation so she doesn?t know who I talked to. Continued to talk down to mesaying I?m wrong and she can?t do anything because she was on vacation. Go to the Papa Johns 0.5 miles away from here, terribleservice, especially from the GM. Read more
I just ordered a pizza and they sent it to the wrong house. It's been well over an hour and I still haven't gotten my order.... When I called about it, he told me it was no big deal because it was just pizza. Mistakes happen all the time, I get that, butto be treated that way afterwards was the worst part. Horrible experience, ordered through call center even though i called local number, and payed at the time i ordered. Call... center messed up location, manager from this location was extremely rude and raised her voice at me. I now have to wait for 5days to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN PAPA?. Read more
