DON?T EVER WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION! The staff is very unprofessional and they couldn?t even get my order of oatmeal... right!! The oatmeal was cold at the bottom once I stirred it up so I took it back in and they heated up the same bowl that Ibrought in (contamination) and heated it up so much that my fruits withered! I didn?t even bother taking it back in or askingfor a refund so I just threw it away!! What a waist!! Proper management needs to be in full affect at this location! Read more
$6.39 worth of a breakfast sandwich. Imagine someone?s grandmother passes away the night prior and they finally try to eat... something. My smoothie had yogurt for some odd reason but the manager was very kind and replaced it. I really just wanted to bein and out with this being my first public encounter, and to have some food in my stomach but, fail x2. Super hard bagel and aslithering of egg. Read more
Waited a whole hour (which was my entire lunch break) for my food only for them to tell me, they didn?t make it. Looked my Order... number up and saw that it was in the system just never made, the manager shrugged his shoulders and told a worker ?ring it upagain and we?ll have to just remake it? no apologies, no remorse for the inconvenience they caused. We order lunch here for our office quite frequently because it is the only thing that can deliver quick, and lately it is always... a disaster. Our last delivery gave us the wrong sides and no salad dressing so I had to drive to the store after paying fordelivery to get my items and they just handed them to me and said "sorry about that". The time before that our delivery was anhour and 15 minutes late...so obviously we were back with patients at that point and did not get to eat. Read more

Will NEVER order from here again. I waited over an hour for my $45 order. Both of my sandwiches had half of the ingredients left... off. Called to ask for a refund. They did not even apologize or ask what was wrong with my order, and only refunded for mysandwiches and not the whole order. Embarrassing customer service and low quality food. Read more
After finishing dinner, we decided too have some coffee. My friend suggested Panera Bread. She loves their coffee. When we... arrived, it was almost closing time and the coffee dispensers had already been taken in the back for cleaning. The younglady(Khirah) behind the counter was fantastic and went into the back and fixed us 2 cups of freshly brewed coffee. The coffeewas as good as my friend had said it would be. The whole interior of the building was brightly lit and extremely clean.Everything was handicap accessible and appeared to be in good working order. Guy on register really should take his ear buds out. Completely pooched the order and all he could say when it had to be brought... back (carry out order) was "my bad"..... 2nd bad experience with 2 discrete Panara locations in area. Read more
