Ordered at the kiosk, got a text that my order was ready, when I went to pick it up not only did they not have it ready, but... they didn't have the order at all. Told them what it was supposed to be, and they gave me a cup of soup instead of a bowl. Notimpressed. Read more
Okay two star because I had great customer service and also they were patient and helped me with my order. So I got the spicy... chicken sandwich and my side was a soup. Start off with the soup which was great and then I went on to my sandwich, I tookfinally looked down because the texture wasn?t right and I wish I hadn?t. This place closed their doors during the Omega Psi Phi convention that brought/spent $10,000,000 in Charlotte, during a 3 day... span. Shame on you Panera. Those were educated men who came to your city and was greeted with closed doors! Read more
This location is 2 blocks from the convention center which was having a 3 day event with thousands of people. However they ran... out of everything by 9:30 for breakfast. It was like they either ran out of bread or eggs, not sure which. They should keep upwith major events in their area and adjust. There aren't many places near the convention center to eat breakfast. BEWARE!!! I'm not familiar with other Panera locations, but the one in Uptown Charlotte on College St is practicing outrageous... deceptive pricing. Their menu sign boards above the order stations state one price, but your bill is - literally - TWICE whatthe menu board states. A small (half) Fuji Apple Salad is listed at $4.69 on the board yet is $8.69 when you pay the bill! Andthat salad, for $9+ with tax, is so tiny, in a 4"x6" box, it wouldn't supply lunch for a child. When I realized thedifferential, I asked the manager for a printed menu to see what pricing is listed there, and he replied that there are none. Modern Greek Salad with Quinoa is a must for vegetarians or vegans. I?ve always had a good experience here.
I love Panera. This location is my boyfriend?s and my favorite place to eat. We love going there. It has been on point in the... past. The last two times we have ordered delivery the food took longer than the time quoted by only 5 mins yet the food was coldas if it hasn't been heated at all. This location do better. I hope things get sorted out, I want to continue being a patron. Read more
The Food at this location is good , However some of the employees aren't quite well mannered and are kinda of Lazy when it comes... too keeping up with stocking up condiments and other things but other then that it's a great place too have a Panera Read more
