I ordered a Frozen Caramel Cold Brew, which is what I normally get. It looked darker than usual- it was a chocolate mocha, which... I cannot drink due to stomach issues with mocha drinks specifically. Sadly, per the other comments and reviews, I would have toagree that this location is not one to go to. Disgusting.... UPDATE on 06/04/2022: I don?t get why this place is even open- Iwent to order breakfast since it was the closest to me. My husband is a Veteran. This weekend was my 2nd time visiting Charlotte, NC. Today is sad for many, and Panera Bread made this... an even more sad experience. I've had dozens of meetings at Panera, sometimes I ordered & sometimes I didn't. Oftentimes thiswas based on ???? Vegan options available. At this location, you MAY NOT visit friends/biz associates here unless making apurchase. You CANNOT use the restroom WITHOUT A CODE. Also, if your time extends beyond 1.5 hours, you MUST purchase somethingelse to stay another 1.5 hours. I spoke to manager for an explanation of these procedures and she was nice about it. Did curbside today for lunch, after I got the notification my order was ready, no one came out for a good 10-15 min afterwards.... Only reason why I deducted one star. Other than that the food was awesome. Tried the new Thai chicken soup and the flavors areabsolutely amazing together. Was very pleased with it. Read more
Panera's employees said eff it! Their energy is not where it used to be, anyway the food. Unevenly toasted and unevenly cut... bagel. All good but who took a hunk out of my kid's bagel. There was a while bite missing and they can't make coffee. Read more
Ordered a turkey bacon bravo today. It was disgusting ????! I ate half of the sandwich and later came back to the other half and... discovered that it had been prepared with ROTTEN lettuce.. I have always been impressed with the quality of the food from Panerabut today I was sorely disappointed!!! The chicken soup bowl I ordered was nothing but broth. I had about 7 1/2 noodles andbarely any chicken or carrots. I have never visited this location before today. But, it will definitely be my first and lastvisit!! Read more
