After my complaint about nobody being at register and only able to do kiosk order with plastic, Lily reached out to me. She... humbly listened to my concerns and agreed there should be some body at the register. This was an issue she's been discussingwith her supervisor. She bought my breakfast for me. Not a great Panera. It's like someone forgot it's here. Service is lacking, supply is low, and rather unkept. Additionally,... prices are rediculous, a chicken sandwich with a measly bag of chips was $13! Read more
