Stopped quick to get an afternoon coffee and it was barely luke warm. Brought it back in and she said it would 'be awhile' so I... should microwave my coffee. Yeah. Next time I'll spend the extra and go to Starbucks. Read more
Every time I go through the drive thru, something is either left out of the order completely or it?s made incorrectly. Went... through today and asked for no tomatoes on the sandwich, it has tomatoes on it when I opened the bag which isn?t the biggestdeal, but they also didn?t put the sauce on the sandwich. Last time, I had to pull around to wait for the food to come out andwhen she handed me the bag, she took off so quickly that I couldn?t tell her they forgot my soda and I had to go inside and getit which completely defeats the purpose of going through the drive thru. They have very good sandwiches for a chain restaurant. Have a good selection of bakery items as well. This particular Panera... has all the parking in the front of the store reserved for drive through so you have to park in back and there are very fewspots, so generally I park across the street in the main parking lot for the arboretum. Awful. Just awful. This ?pizza? flat bread pizza was very salty ? had sour sauce ? and the cheese wasent even melted! The salad... was nothing special BARELY ANY DRESSING THOUGH! Also there bread chips is a peace of bread and there croutons were so stale andnot even croutons, just cut up bread. The coffee was okay but not really the best the chicken in the side salad had no spice andwas dry and chewy. For 34.75 dollars. Not worth it at all. Read more

Luke was so rude at the drive through. His panties must have been a bunch. They made a mistake on my bill.
