The worker was avoiding me when I went up to ask at what time they open, on google says at 5:30 am.
We walked to the other end of the airport for Panera Bread, got there at 7:30 and they were closed, the sign says they close at... 8:00. A girl came from the back and said they were closed because someone wanted to leave early, then she refused to give usher name. I guess bad employees are better than no employees? Read more
We visited twice in the last week going to and from vacation. The first visit was great. Easy ordering at the kiosk and the... order was correct. The second order didn't go so well. There were several substitutions made without telling us.... For examplewe ordered French baguettes and got ciabatta bread. There is a note saying that they are fighting shortages like many places arebut would be good to tell what is being substituted. We also were missing a cookie that was ordered and had to go back. The foodis good and the place is clean... Just take an extra minute to check your order for accuracy and all should be good. Read more
I come here weekly to get my Baker's dozen of bagels. First of all, it's a great deal! Secondly, it's a great place for a quick... business luncheon! The pick two is my all time favorite because I can get my half sandwich and my soup or salad depending on mymood. Parking can get a little tight now that everything is opened back up but that goes to show how many other people love thisPanera location. The team has always been really friendly and helpful and even if there was a mistake on an order they are happyand quick to fix the issue! Read more

This Panera closes at 5 pm. The workers start to turn off the lights and close off the entrance for new orders at 4:40 pm- they... kept saying that they want to go home. Not exactly professional but I understood. Drinks I ordered (not recommended): - afrozen caramel cold brew (they only filled it half way and topped the rest of the drink off with whipped cream) - I do notrecommend this drink. - a hot caramel latte for my partner - they also do not recommend this drink. Food ordered(recommended!): -you pick 2: half a tuna sandwich & half a Greek salad- they loaded them up and were great. - full size roastedturkey & avocado BLT- this was for my partner and they thought it was delicious. I also ordered a candy cookie which theyforgot to include. Luckily I wasn?t far away when I noticed and even though they had already closed one of the workers gave memy cookie. Other peculiar things about my visit- it wasn?t very easy to get a straw for my drink. One of the workers seemedover it and just wanted to go home instead of restocking the straws and had me ?double check? that there weren?t any. A ladyasked me to buy her some bananas even though they were closed (I already had my order but was trying to get a straw at thispoint). We were able to get her bananas but it was uncomfortable because the workers kept saying that they just wanted to gohome. Read more
I'm glad we got to try this place while waiting for our next flight. There are tablets that you can order your food but only a... few worked. However, you can order at the counter. We ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese on chibatta bread, vanilla latte, bagelwith cream cheese, and strawberry smoothie. When our other was ready, the lady told us that they didn't have the smoothie. Butshe was super nice!!! She refunded the money. We really liked the chibatta so we decided to get another one with two waters. They have us the chibatta free and have us a military discount! Very friendly! Also, I just want to point out, we loved thefemale worker at the front... She has short hair and it's colored. She was very enthusiastic. Her spirit there made it evenbetter! Read more
Very charismatic! The server was Chris but name tag said Christopher. My girlfriend comes from Colombia and I?m from Utah, this... was our first time in North Carolina. The friendly and funny customer service was delivered by Chris he was very helpful andmade a very big impression on our first time here!
