Line was long but the service was quick. The kitchen was pumping out the food and it was hot and fresh. They had ran out of one... thing I wanted. The cook said give him a few minutes to fix it up. I ordered online but had to call the store to request white rice because it was removed as an option on their website for some... reason. When I got to the store to pick up my order 20 minutes later, I was told someone else had already picked up my order.The same manager I spoke with on the phone when requesting the white rice also came over and informed me that my order hadalready been picked up. I told her whoever picked it up wasn't me, and what did they want me to do about it? She went to themanager computer and scrolled through transactions for 10 minutes before coming back to me and asking if I was really, reallyabsolutely sure I didn't send anyone else to pick up my order already. I'm trying to do better leaving reviews as people tend to only leave them when they had bad experiences. I placed an order... through DoorDash for this location and I called the store to ask for sauces to be included. The food tasted terrible. This was my first time trying Panda Express in North carolina and it was the worst experience ever.... The fried rice was even mixed, the noodles didn't even have flavor, they only gave us 6 pieces of tiny orange chicken, and theBeijing chicken didn't have any sauce on it. What a disappointment. Ended up waiting 40 minutes in store after ordering online for my food. Had to walk back in because they forgot two of my items.... Rangoons came with no sauce, chicken had no sauce either, half a scoop of chow mein. It was a mess. I do not recommend thislocation, but it?s the only one in the area other than the theme park or the airport. Read more
