We arrived with our 3 kids, the hostess was super nice, helped us immediately and sat us, we sat there for almost 30 minutes and... nobody bothered to even help us. There were other servers that looked in our direction but didn't even bother to help. What wassad was that they helped EVERYONE around us, but us. It was the one place our daughter wanted to eat and she's autistic so it'shard to get her to eat at all and it's also hard to calm her down once she gets upset. So that just made our night hard. We justwanted to eat. We also like to over tip, so you lost out on that. Do better because that sucked. Read more
Well let's start by me saying I was having a pretty rough day because my father is in ICU. My daughter and I left the hospital... famished and decided to go to a place of comfort for us. The owner was amazing and helped us immediately upon entering. I brokemy leg a few months back and have a hard time getting around but the owner was so helpful by taking our to go order and seatingus quickly to wait for our order. The level of professionalism yet family feel is amazing here. The staff checked on us ofteneven though our order was to go. Despite the stress of our day for just a few moments being here amongst this awesome group tookmy mind off things. It was even better once I went to the bar to watch some football and enjoy an amazing mango margarita madeby the most friendly bartender Jesse. This experience was so amazing and this is why I come to this location at least once aweek to enjoy the delicious food and even better cocktails. The takeaway team at this outback has been phenomenal. In the past it has been mediocre, but it seems like there has been a... change! I love eating at this location now. I know after a long day at work, getting takeout from this restaurant will make mynight even better. I always speak to this young man when I call, and he?s so nice and proper. He needs recognition. This location was ok. I?m use to going to outback and getting wonderful service and food. I have visited this location twice and... it?s not horrible, however the quality may change time to time. If you are use to a certain meal often you may have to ask forit to be hotter or fixed. Same for drinks at the bar. I had a drink and I told the bartender it was not made correct nor thecorrect color. She said something to her coworker and they laughed so I just said don?t worry about it. When the other bartendercame in I asked him to make it for me and it was correct. The other bartender came and asked did he make it better and I saidyes. She stated that she took the lazy way whatever that means. I say that to say don?t be afraid to tell them when somethingisn?t right especially if you?re a regular, spending your money and know what you came to order. The drinks were pretty good and the servers were nice? but that?s all that was good about this location. We ordered a bloomin?... onion, which was served to us with raw batter and flour all over it, while some of it was burnt. My husband ordered a prime ribcooked medium and received an almost well done version that was dried out and not the style that he ordered, along with theincorrect side dishes. My steak was completely burnt on the outside and my creamed spinach wasn?t even warm when I got it. Themanager was nice enough to remove our entrees from the bill. Read more
I went here last week and I was highly disappointed. I haven?t been to an Outback in a very long time and was really craving a... steak. We arrived and it took over ten mins to be greeted by the bartender. We ordered our food and drinks. Our blooming onionnever arrived. The potato soup was very salty and my filet was over cooked and crispy on top (most likely due to a dirty grill).The people next to us left about halfway through our meal and the bartender let the dirty plates and drinks sit there untilafter we left. When she brought us the checks we mentioned how we never received our appetizer. She said she would have hermanager take care of it. He walked behind the bar, comped it on the computer and never even apologized. I guess he was toooccupied sitting in the back corner booth with the rest of the staff. We love outback but this one needs a little work. We waiting about 30mins to be seated because there was no one in the front.... They kept coming to the front but were needed in the back because they didn?t have enough employees. The food was good but themacaroni came out cold so we had to send it back to get it reheated. The waiter also seemed to be in a rush every time he cameto us, but that was no surprise with their lack of employees! Read more
