Catching up on reviews. Was here with a group on 04/02/22. The time stamp on my pictures is 9:58 pm, which is accurate. We... arrived at the restaurant a little before 7 pm. It was 9:58 pm when I received my order. It was obvious that our server neverput our orders in until we spoke to the manager about why people who came in after us had not only ordered, but had eaten andleft. The manager apologized, remained calm and was fair. He put all of our orders in. He comped all orders. Only those who hadalcoholic beverages had to pay. I went out for dinner with my boyfriend yesterday and everything was going great until we found a glove in his ceasar salad. We... notified our server right away and he replaced it. The manager came back a few minutes later and apologized and also removedthat meal from our bill. The one thing I did like about this place there was a great guy name Nick was on top of things other than tht it was ok steak... was on the chewy side tough meat but the shrimp was good, bake potatoe bread is always good but it was the experience with greathospitality was the only reason I stayed. Location 8405 Ikea Blvd Charlotte NC 5/15 @20:04 according to receipt. My family and I were visiting Charlotte and stopped at... the restaurant before heading home two and a half hours away. The food and the server Julia s. gave good service , however mydaughters both went to the women's restroom and came back complaining the bathroom was disgusting and if I have planned to useit don't (this was 20 minutes before I decided to contact the manager and let him know). I spoke to the manager on duty and hetold me the restaurant was slammed that day but the bathrooms have been checked every 15 minutes (which was not true) and thatstaff had just been in the bathroom to clean it (not true). Based upon what he said I expected to find a clean bathroom but wasshocked by what I saw, it was disgusting, I was not happy that he was not being truthful I took pictures- there was toilet papereverywhere except on the roll, dirt hair garbage on toilet seat, no napkins , broken soap dispenser, and filthy floors. As I waswalking outside the restaurant I took another photo of the overflowing trash can directly in front of the restaurant entrance. Iwill never return to that restaurant and probably the health department needs to take a visit there as well, very disgusting andnot acceptable there are no excuses. Read more
The bread was hot and fresh and delicious with the easy butter spread. I had the center cut sirloin with grilled shrimp,... broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. I did order my steak well done but it was over done and dry. The broccoli was also overcooked and mushy. The shrimp was Luke warm as well. My partner ordered a medium steak which was well done with mushy broccoli aswell. The owner acknowledged this and made a new order for him to go, which defeated our purpose of dining in. I decided to eatmine because I was hungry. The strawberry mixed drink was good but had too many strawberries that kept getting stuck in mystraw. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs which made our experience better. This will not keep me from visiting inthe future. Read more
I had a much better experience this time overall then the last time I was at outback. The one bad thing was that I did not get... the Caesar salad that came with my meal. I didn't realize it until after I had gotten home. The manager seem nonchalant about itand just told me to stop by the next day to pick it up. I didn't get a chance to go because it's kind of out of my way. I thinkthe proper thing to do would have been to credit my card or have some sort of system to where you can properly make things rightwith the customer. He stated there was none. Otherwise drinks were good my server was the best. We were very large party and hewas the only one working with us and often kept forgetting things but he had the sweetest attitude. Good restaurant! Located near TJ Maxx, we stopped for dinner and arrived hungry!! The entrance is around back, a little far to... walk but nicely landscaped. We were seated immediately, and our server came fairly quick to take drink order. Restaurant isclean, spacious. Staff was pleasant, courteous, professional and servers were dressed sharp! Our waitress was really good, shewas efficient and quick with our food. Drinks and bread appetizer came to table quickly. We ordered the steak cheese dip forappetizer, it came out within 5-10 minutes. Served worth tortilla chips, it was hot and really good. I didn't care for the redpeppers in it as they were a little over powering but as we continued eating the app it wasn't as strong. I ordered the 12 ozribeye med well, a sweet potato and potato soup as the side as it was cold out! After app was finished, meal arrived just ontime! Tje loaded sweet potato ???? was delish, but the stsr or the show was definitely the steak. My steak was cooked toperfection. It was almost caramelized on the outside, and slightly pink inside- absolutely melt in your mouth quality. Truly wasdelicious. The only thing I didn't like was the potato soup. It was not good. Very bland, no real flavor, the consistency ofan uncooked egg white. Not a fan at all, but the rest of the meal was so filling I just sent the soup back and was very happywith everything else! Too full for dessert! Check came at request, credit card returned quickly and we left a nice cash tipfor exceptional service. ???? Loved the steak, soup a miss, appetizer good, atmosphere nice. The steal was delicious but$24 -$29 for a steak is a little too pricey so this will probably be our only visit, but it was a really good steakdinner. Meal was about $45 per person.
