Went there for a beer on the way home, The place is set up for alot of people. Pool tables, DJ on Friday night. Great outdoor... patio with plenty of seating and TV everywhere Good sound system. Good place to go for a evening of drinks and Hanging outwith friends. I would say it kinda a clean place could use some up keep. I placed an online order because the restaurant's actual website (not a 3rd party site) said that they offer "curbside pickup"... which is one of the main reasons I placed my online order. Then I got to the restaurant and called to let them know I hadarrived and the guy that answered the food said that I had to come inside because they don't offer curbside pickup. I told himthat their website said they did which was why I placed the order and he said no, it's ready but you have to come inside and getit because we don't offer curbside. When I went inside to get my order (because it was already paid for) it was even clearlylabeled on my order ticket that I requested curbside pickup and even had my car information there. They received my order, sawthis, and never even bothered to call to let me know they didn't offer curbside. This is an issue. Do they think people wouldclick that button if they didn't want curbside? I would not have placed an order if I had known they didn't offer curbside.Needless to say, I will not be placing any more orders with this restaurant. The lie that they offer curbside pickup is verymisleading and deceptive. What else is a lie and it makes me leery about the food and service. Read more
We went on Saturday night we ordered the Seafood Bucket and Chicken Philly with a side of steamed shrimp our drinks were Bahama... Mamas and it was ALL AMAZING!!! Our Server was great and attentive. The cooks had our food done in less then 15min I would allaround recommend this place if your in Charlotte. Read more
The music and many TV's for the game finals was on and speaker in the bathroom so you won't miss the score a great bartender... name think was Deja was great they even had a Sunday special on 10 shrimp for $6 drink special was $8 and beer special was $5each day of the week the have specials and real good bar food seafood to sandwiches u have options here and really tasty it wasa big crowd but lots of things to do pool tables and dance floor and even patios with tv and speaker too plenty of tables andchairs out on patio too great place if u want to vibe out casual club type feel. First timer experience: Went on a Monday night to watch the MNF game, place was not crowded at all which I LOVED, had plenty of... TV's to watch the game at the bar, in the booths, as well as the outside patio. Bonus points for the women's bathroom beingclean and smelling amazing!! Vibe and atmosphere was perfect. Now to get to the reason I left 3 stars....our bartender Jasminewas excellent somewhat...when she was at our booth she was very attentive, outgoing and a great server, however, we had to waitquite awhile after ordering drinks and could literally see her and the bartender and others talking while not servingcustomers...not cool. We had to grab the Asian lady and guy a few times just to get things we ordered and when we wanted toorder more drinks, etc..but okay no biggie. The biggest caveat I had was when I got home and seen that I received only HALF acup of the queso I ordered with my fries and Chicken Philly to-go. Literally the cup was only filled half way, I probablyshould've checked my food before I left yeah I know blah, blah, blah, but should I HAVE to do that? It bothers me when I don'tget what I pay for, and they definitely seemed like they were rushing us out and uninterested in further serving us just bytheir energy, I'll definitely frequent this spot again, next time I'll just make sure I watch a little more carefully that I'mgetting what I paid for! Grabbed a table for a late dinner. Food and service was good. I've had their Seafood bag and Brunette sandwich before and both... dishes were delicious. Last visit, I just had wings and a drink. Good spot to chill and relax. The crowd was mature and calm. Read more
