Wow! I read the great reviews, but didn?t think it could match New Zealand Cafe or Rusans. I was way off. Hands down the best... sushi I?ve had in Charlotte. The fish seemed way fresher and the rice was perfect. The wait staff were extremely attentive andpolite. My girlfriend and I immediately decided this is our new favorite spot. We ate here for Saturday lunch; the service was okay, and the food was mediocre. My husband and I ordered a lunch bento box B,... Una-don, and vegetable tempura. There was no "sushi rice" seasoning on the sushi that were in the bento box; it was just plainrice so you can imagine they were flavorless. And the other two items were not worth the money.
