Very good quality in food but by far the pregnant... manager ( think her name was Quay) the best manager I?ve ever ran across and dealt with! So kind she was very helpful and justdown to earth ! All in all it's a good location, the staff is generally very friendly and courteous, the orders have always been correct that... I have been to this location 3 times and it will be my last time. I always sit in the drive through for about 25-40 minutes , if... that isnt bad enough my order is never prepared so I have to sit in a reserved space . They always forget that we are waiting sothis time I actually went inside to get my food, turns out no one had actually been working on our order even though we weretold to wait additional time in the designated parking spot. This is not the first , second , but the THIRD time this hashappened to me at this location. The staff is so unorganized. I am constantly cut off while ordering at the speaker and can hearthe cashier taking orders while not even have finished taking mine. This store is always complete chaos. Ive never been to adrive thru where cars are literally honking like 5 o?clock traffic because of the wait. Seriously this store needs a new teamthat knows what they're doing ! Read more
Unpleasant and unprofessional. Got my order wrong and i offered to pay the difference to get it corrected and they told me to go... back to the ordering window. They also talk over you on the mic at the window then get frustrated at you for speaking too low.Food came pretty quick unlike other reviews stated but the food is room temp???? not even hot. I?m so disappointed in thisestablishment. Please hire more efficient and friendly staff. In the future I will be taking my business to University Location. Read more
Editing my review, I can definently see an effort being made by the staff and the quality of people is getting better. The... younger people sent up front absolutely must get better at checking to make sure the food ordered is the food delivered, don'tleave it up to the patron, patience and understanding is paramount in a food service/customer service job and often I can seewhomever runs the register getting upset having to deal with someone difficult. Rush hours it gets packed but it's because ofconvenience, not service and hopefully that will change. Read more
Worst McDonald?s ever. Bunch of young children cooking and working on Cash register. This is my third time coming and it seems... like they still can?t get it right..Managers are always in the lobby talking to friends and family. French fries are very coldand stale. Generally I hate it when people leave one star reviews simply because the people at the restaurant were rude. But I have to say.... I just sat in front of the intercom at the drive-thru, waiting for the person to communicate with me. They told me to hold on. Isat there for 10 freaking minutes. And even after all of that, I ended up leaving without making an order because they weresimply too rude to me when they finally did get around to communicating again.. Thank you for wasting my time.
