This location has went to hell since the new remodel. It's like they hired a bunch of idiots. I ordered using my mobile app. The... guy in the drive thru asked me twice what my order was, and still messed it up. Then I drove around to the Door Dash window andtold the lady what I was missing. She said, "ok!" Then I watched her and her staff make six other orders and had me waiting forover 10 minutes for them to even give me my food. So I just left everything and went home. This location is hit or miss. One day I place a mobile order and the lady at the pickup window was the absolute rudest person... I've ever met. A week later, I get breakfast here at 6 am and the cashier and guy at the second window were the absolute nicestexperience I've ever had at a McDonald's! It truly just depends on who you get!
