They will not give you extra of anything even if you order it. Especially the caramel frappe, I ordered extra caramel in my... coffee and they gave me a regular frappe. sometimes they don't even feel the cup to the top, they try to substitute the coffeewith tons of whipped cream. Read more

Placed a pretty simple mobile order. A biscuits and gravy meal, a SAUSAGE egg and cheese mcmuffin and a bacon egg and cheese... biscuit. It?s pathetic that from now on before you leave the restaurant that you will have to park and fully open up your orderand check everything. I thoroughly enjoy getting back to the house and everyones order is correct except mine, and i paid andordered the food on their app. Is reading a requirement here? Read more
This location used to be well managed. Quality of customer service has significantly decreased this past year and I never have a... good experience anymore. The employees never talk to you or say Thanks or Have a good day, most of the time, the person whotakes payment is silent and the person giving me my order says Mhmm after I say Thank you. I?ve never had bad service here it?s always been easy, fast and good. I don?t know who they had take my order but they clearly... were not trained well I repeated 5 times I had two orders had to keep correcting her on my order then after placing my first oneshe proceeded to say ? you have another order? in a tone of voice like there was something wrong with that. And honestly nobodywill hire you with that attitude so I wish her the best of luck in her fast food career because that was unacceptable. Read more
I stopped by and walked in and found the facility very clean ... Since i seem to get good deals from the App I entered my order... at one of the kiosks in the lobby ... think it saved me over $1 by entering order st kiosk ... Shortly my order was ready and Iventured upstairs and sat at one of the tables. You can get a good view of traffic from the second floor... No kids on thisvisit so was a very relaxing experience and the order (large size Big Mac meal) was piping hot! Very clean and I'll have to comeback when on this side of town. Read more
Disgusting. I'll start with that. Customer service is none existent, food quality is garbage, and it made both me and my wife... very sick. First of all my wife has a lot of allergies and is food sensitive she only eats out once a week due to being on avery strict diet and looks forward to it. This was/is the worst Mcdonald's we have ever been to....she ask for no cheese andlight sauce....I guess the employees are spiteful because they doused the Big Mac in sauce and put extra cheese which made hersick. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese which had Big Mac patties on it and made my throat sore immediately aftereating it. We are both looking into what action we can take on this as it is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. AVOID thislocation at all cost if you value your health and want a good experience. Read more
