Any fast food spot in this area is the same. Order something dont get what you pay for.
Waited a long time for major disappointment, cold hard fries, hard big max bun..which means although we waited for fresh food we... were given old food. Just close if business is not what you want. Advertising the cactus plant meal, but did not know how toring it up. Wasted time, horrible food. The cashier was polite that is why I give 2 stars instead of 1. Read more
I don?t know if they are understaffed or just slow, but every time I go to this McDonald?s, I ask myself why I come back.... Insanity is doing the same thing over expecting different results, so I must have insanity when I go to this Mcdonalds over andover expecting a better experience. I wait at least 45 minutes every time. They are not organized with taking drive threworders. I had an employee serving me a flurry and just dumpted the toppings in and put the spoon it and said ?here you go?with apleasant smile. All I could do was laugh. There is one very pleasant young man who works there that has a African Accent. He hasgreat people skills and is very friendly. I give him five stars and hope he learns the skills needed from this failing McDfranchise and moves on to better things. Their two lane system for whatever reason wasn't being used. I sat in the left lane for over 10-15 minutes just to place my... order while i watched thee entire right lane be served before me & the long line of people behind me. Why not just leave youask? I was literally blocked in from front to back with no escape but i digress. It was early Sunday morning 7am not very busy at All. We ordered egg and cheese biscuit- no cheese, 2 vanilla iced coffees-... came with ice and no vanilla, large coffee- got a small. I used the drive thru to order the 10 piece chicken nuggets & the filet o fish on 01-09-22. There was a line but the wait wasn't... too bad. Both people at each window were pleasant. I ordered via the mobile app. I did ask for 1 barbecue sauce & 1 hot mustardsauce for my nuggets under the customize section on the app. I was given 2 barbecue sauces. Read more
This McDonald's seems like it's been here for forever. From my experience, the food is what you'd come to expect from... McDonald's. The staff has always been courteous. I hate that McDonald's quit serving breakfast all day, it was my favorite. Iloved getting sausage burritos when I got the munchies at night. Nevertheless, I try and stop here for a caramel frappe when I'min the area. Price point is (?) fairly inexpensive. Even though there is no longer a dollar menu, there are still several itemson the 2 for 4 and 2 for 5 deals. Read more
So I just came from there, The Hispanic lady at the window was helping someone. There was no receipt paper and now it makes... sense. I was charged 7.13 for a fish sandwich. I called 2 tines and no one answered. I understand it may be busy but get ittogether. Read more
