Waited a long time for major disappointment, cold hard fries, hard big max bun..which means although we waited for fresh food we... were given old food. Just close if business is not what you want. I don?t know if they are understaffed or just slow, but every time I go to this McDonald?s, I ask myself why I come back.... Insanity is doing the same thing over expecting different results, so I must have insanity when I go to this Mcdonalds over andover expecting a better experience. I wait at least 45 minutes every time. They are not organized with taking drive threworders. I had an employee serving me a flurry and just dumpted the toppings in and put the spoon it and said ?here you go?with apleasant smile. All I could do was laugh. There is one very pleasant young man who works there that has a African Accent. He hasgreat people skills and is very friendly. I give him five stars and hope he learns the skills needed from this failing McDfranchise and moves on to better things. Their two lane system for whatever reason wasn't being used. I sat in the left lane for over 10-15 minutes just to place my... order while i watched thee entire right lane be served before me & the long line of people behind me. Why not just leave youask? I was literally blocked in from front to back with no escape but i digress.
