This restaurant marked my curbside pickup order as complete without delivering my food. After 20 minutes, I went inside the... restaurant to find a line of people but not employees at the counter. I did notice 6+ employees hovering around the drive thruwindow though. After 10+ minutes, an employee finally appeared from behind the curtain and I was able to get my cold food thatwas thrown to the side. This isn?t my first negative experience at this restaurant. We ordered on the mobile app some 30 minutes in advance, but it still took over 20 minutes to be delivered to our car. I got the... McRib because I have never had one, and it was mid at best. They missed a large fries and a double cheeseburger, but the frieswe did get were great, as McDonald's fries almost always are. Overall, not a great experience but not the worst ever. Read more

Don?t bother ordering via curbside . They never show up. After waiting 15 minutes you realize they?re not coming & have to go... inside to get your order. which defeats the whole purpose of curbside. Happened to me now at least 4 times. Read more

Went to the drive through and was charged for what I ordered. Good so far. Got to pickup window and asked to pull forward.... Waited about 5 minutes. When food came out no drinks. Asked the kid said meals don't come with drinks. He walked away on hisphone pulling up his pants. Guess he forgot his belt. When inside with receipt to get drinks. Why ask what I wanted to drink ifit is not part of meal? Every other McDonald's drinks come with a meal. Including this one. Got my drinks and left a littleannoyed. Got home and food was pretty much all wrong. Asked for no lettuce on Big Mac. Guess they thought that ment extralettuce. Asked for fries with no salt. Also I guess that means extra. Should have just ordered salt with side of fries. FinallyAsked for diet soda because of diabetes. Not diet. Did I eat any of the nearly 25 dollars worth of food for me and my family? No had to fire up the grill and cook for us. Worst run McDonald's I have ever gone to. Read more

I doubt this is what many people wanted in a chicken sandwich, dry and chalky. I feel like even at 9:15-9:30pm I should expect... this kinda of food. Reminds me why I don?t frequent McDonalds. Read more

I eat here multiple times a week for lunch. They have very friendly staff and are usually consistent with their good customer... service. My only complaint would be that they are constantly out of beverages like coke, probably one of the most populardrinks on the world, and Frappuccino's, specifically, caramel. Other than not properly keeping drink stock, I'll continue to eatat their establishment. Read more

I really disdain these negative experiences. But it is these experiences that are crucial in reminding me what I DO NOT wish to... be, when serving GUESTS. It was just another terrible run- in with a cashier. This time he was an African American like myself.Except, apparently he hasn?t been trained on how to properly greet customers or make them feel genuinely welcomed into therestaurant. If he has, I couldn?t tell. There was no greeting, no smile, no thank you, or no farewell. All I ordered was LargeBlueberry Freeze. Once he?d prepared it, he simply tossed it onto the counter, and walked away. Employees like this should NOTbe the first thing that loyal, paying, guests see upon entering a MCDONADL?S! Read more

Today I lost all respect for the McDonald's located at quail corners on park road.... They refuse to unlock there doors during... the day and people who didn't have a car couldn't eat. I asked why the dining room was closed to the public and the manager saidbecause there were to many guest in store. The place was EMPTY! I asked for the corporate number and the manager refused to giveit to me. This is America and at a place like McDonald's we shouldn't have under privileged people begging you to place anorder for them and giving you their pocket change to cover the bill. One of the men clearly had downs syndrome and all he wantedwas to buy his own cheeseburger. Shame on this McDonald's location and the manager that was on duty. Unacceptable! Pictures ofthe empty dining room management claimed was so full she couldn't unlock the door?? Read more
