Decided to go at drive thru at exactly 10:52 pm. When we pulled up to order and was met with nasty attitude from worker,... apparently because she couldn?t ?hear us? even when we kept repeating we needed one sec. She then proceeded to say we had 5minutes to order our food because her shift was changing. We received the wrong food as well. I went to this McDonald?s on Tryon St and I sometimes go here for a little midnight snack. This time I had been waiting in the... drive thru for almost 15 minutes in the second line which was no problem at all. Someone further back in the line honked theirhorn and one of the employees came through on my speaker saying ?don?t honk your horn, etc.? and I politely explained that thatwasn?t me who honked their horn and that it was someone a few cars back that did. I then waited another 10 minutes in the linewhile others in the closet line we?re getting their orders taken and the next time the employee got back on my speaker she said?I talked to my manager, I am not serving you since you honked your horn.? I politely explained again ?oh, that wasn?t me whohonked their horn, that was another driver.? And she still refused to serve me despite the fact that I told her this multipletimes and she simply said, rudely ?I am watching you, I can see you.? And I said again ?I understand but that wasn?t me whohonked their horn earlier, I have just been sitting here, that?s all.? And she said again ?I can see you, you have a goodnight.? After waiting for almost 30 minutes to just have some comfort end of the night food I was accused of honking my hornwhen I didn?t and I was talked to in a disrespectful manner and told to leave when I had done nothing wrong. I know it soundsdumb but it was not alright to be waiting that long only to be wrongly accused of something I didn?t do when all I wanted was aburger and fries. I will not be coming back to this McDonald?s because of that employees disrespect and rudeness. Read more

Yesterday evening at about 7:45PM, I went to the drive thru of this McDonalds and waited approximately 10 minutes without anyone... from the restaurant trying to take my order. Finally, I pulled around front and went inside to find no one at the front cashierstation and employees walking around eating food. When I confronted the employee about why no one was taking drive thru ordersshe couldn?t answer so I asked for the manager. The manager stated it was because he had to re-boot their ordering system. WhenI asked why he didn?t send someone out to tell the long line waiting why there was no service, he tried to blame it on someoneelse. I will never go to this McDonalds again!! Absolutely horrible! As I was placing my order at the drive through, it appeared that the wrong item was on the board. When I tried to correct it,... the person said, ?I got it?, but when I got my order at the window, it was incorrect. I tried to let the person at the windowknow. The manager came to the window asking what is the hold up? They were all rushing and not caring about providing qualitycustomer service. Read more

Got my order wrong the first time through the line.. took my order and receipt through again the second time and it was still... wrong. We got 2 double cheeseburger meals, a 10 piece with BBQ and a big Mac meal.. What we got.... 2 four piece nuggets and abig Mac... About $10 worth of food.. went back and the "manager" brought us a big Mac meal, and a double cheeseburger meal..about another $10 worth of food. Sorry, how do you mess up a meal twice in a row after looking at the reciept of what webought.. there's better McDonald's elsewhere. This place should be closed.... Read more

It seem that customer service at McDonald's is a forgone thing. In the past month around 80% of the time that we order 1/2 & 1/2... tea, we get straight sweet tea. The sad part is on two occasions we watch them pour straight sweet tea and they tried to tell usit was half & half. The same thing happened at this McDonald's. I just had the worse experience I?ve ever had from McDonalds. I will always love the company but i don?t see me ever returning... to this location. Rude service from start to finish. I was working as a door dasher. They have a specific window for pick up butwasn?t using it. Must?ve been completely understaffed because the line was ridiculous and this job is time sensitive. I pickedup one order and the lady asked me to go to the first window for pickup. I complied. Came back for another order, it was markedready for pick up but wasn?t ready and the ?manager? on the shift with a very unprofessional tone told me to back away from thewindow and get in line. Most of the people in line have complained about being in line for more than 45 minutes. No way someoneis going to want food that?s been sitting while I get in line. I asked the young man, whom just helped me previously to pleasepass the order to me, I see it?s finally ready. He completely ignored me and closed the window. Read more

I had a great experience today. The young lady taking orders(she had pink in her hair, I didn't catch her name) and giving out... food was the most attentive and friendly employee I've seen recently. I wish I lived closer, because this would be theMcDonald's that I'd go to if I was local. Fast and friendly service. Read more
