Avoid this place at night if possible. If they know they will be closed for 20-45 min for a shift change they should post it... online or put up a sign bare minimum. I've been waiting 35+ minutes for them to take my order. It's 10:35 pm. I've seen at least20 cars come and go. They are losing money with all the bad service and wasting people's time. Kind of ridiculous that in thisday and age they can't figure out how to keep a "24/7" place running. The manager and staff can do better. Read more
Avoid this place if you can. They are listed as open 24 hours. 2 workers shut the store down on their own and locked customers... out while they sat and ate. Customers piled in through the drive through trying to get orders in and they told people to go awaywith zero explanation. I don?t know if they were on a break or not but at least an indication of that is reasonable I feel. Itis frustrating when you are out late from work and need a quick meal and you get rudely turned away. We all gotta eat and aretired least we can do is help eachother out. Read more
After having an absolutely horrible experience at the store on Presser and Tryon, I attempted to come to this store at... approximately 8:00 pm. Unfortunately, this one was just as bad. Again, forced to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru linebefore I finally called the store. The manager answered and apologized stating he was short staffed. When asked why he didn?tsend one person out to explain to the long line waiting and then close down the drive through, he could not answer. Anotherabsolutely horrible experience and we finally went to Burger King where we were immediately served! McDonalds has lost acustomer forever. Read more
Never ever ever go here. They're simply lazy and won't do their jobs. The night manager thinks she owns the place and will... refuse to make you drinks or food if they are just lazy and say they are out of something. This will legit ruin your day cominghere. I promise save your gas and time and go to ANY OTHER PLACE. The manager tells you the frappe machine is working and youwill pull up to the window and the cashier says it's not working, not knowing you already spoke to the manager. They're legittrained to lie to you. They are completely lazy. Selfish. Horrible people who work here. This district manager has NO idea whatthey are doing. My order was correct. Food was hot. The staff didn't look too rough. Meaning no one particularly looked fried. Staff seemed to... be working effectively as a unit. I trusted the food with minimal concerns. Wait time was not pong at all. I was Satisfiedcompletely. Read more
Worst McDonald's I've eaten from.. Sunday night 8pm cold fries 2 quarter pounders burgers hanging off the bun all condiments... thrown on , both drinks orange hi ci and sprite no Carbonation!!! Ordered tea said they were out.. all staff standing aroundwith their thumbs up their butt.its ridiculous that you pay for a hot meal and it's the worst you've ever had!!!! They were notbusy and extremely unfriendly including management. If I could've gave a zero believe me I would have. Food was great as always but they?re short staffed so it took 45 minutes to get my order so factor that into the 15 drive home... and everything was cold. A little oven reheat and all was good (except the fries cuz those are ONLY good fresh andhot). Needless to say. Great place if you plan on eating immediately but if you?re taking home to the family you may want togo across the street to the KFC Read more
