The employees at this location are so rude. They don?t even pretend to be nice. I looked them up on Yelp and one negative review... after another. A reviews on Google said they found a bug on their sandwich, a reviewer on Yelp said there was a spider in thebag with their food. I am throwing my food in the trash. After the reviews I have seen on this location I will not eat what Iordered. Based on reviews and my own experience with the B***** at the drive through window I will not be returning. Read more
Came here on a quick weekend trip, stop by for some food to take to my hotel...line was super long, somebody was sleep in there... car at one of the line kiosk..one person was working the drive thru, the other on the phone....fries tasted like somebody hadspilt the whole salt can on them. (Sad that the young lady working the window still served them like it was ok) Couldnt even eatthem!! Couldnt even go back for another fry...what a waste. Read more
Nasty. Found a bug in my quarter pounder. Manager shrugged and asked if I wanted a new sandwich. NO ! I wanted my money back.... She acted so uncaring like it was no big deal. From NJ to NC this has got to be theee worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't even eat McDonald but had a craving. Food... wasn't prepared how I asked, and it was just thrown together. Seem to have a lot of young ppl in there that just don't GAF. Sadbecause I hate to waste money. Read more
I personally had a great experience here today! Tim Green was the manager present and was very involved with operations on ever... level. This location displayed all of the symptoms of effective management/ leadership. This McDonald's location was focused oncustomer experiences and for a fast food establishment, that is a powerful statement. Great job team!
