Something needs to get done about the staff ASAP! The staff and managers are so rude and disrespectful. I literally left and... didn't even order because I was waiting in line for so long. One of the staff member was smoking weed in the parking lot thewhole place smelled so bad. I can literally just go on and on. Please do us all a favor and shut this place down! Just like most McDonald's during the hot days there are times they run out some of the frozen items from time to time. Always... check your food before you leave because they get very busy in there drive through that sometimes am item might be wrong ormissing. Currently they are only doing takeout, drive through and Delivery(through other food delivery services). This is theclosest McDonald's to my house and for the most part they do a great job making our order. They have always been nice when Icome back with something wrong with my order. They fix it immediately. Handicap parking not right by the door. You have crossthe path of the cars looping around from the drive through. Make sure you pay attention to the cars. If there are lots of carsin the double car drive through, just go inside to place your order. Everything I've gone inside there are very few peopleinside. Read more
This was the WORST experience I have ever had a at McDonald's restaurant. The customer service was awful and I waited over 20... minutes on an order placed online. After seeing personal clothing items on service areas, food being handled without gloveswhile taking money, workers using cellphones in food service areas, uncovered hair over food prep areas, and a worker pickingclogged cheese from a food dispenser with his bare fingernails.....I had enough. Okay... The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because it was fairly clean. First of all... They would not... allow you to order at the front counter and forced us to use an automated machine (inside) the store to order. There were fiveof us and the experience was horrible. I got this tiny ice cream cone and the lady said they all came that small. Only 3 outof the five of us got what we wanted within 15 minutes and then the two other people were completely forgotten by the employees. I would like to add they were not busy at all and all we ordered was ice cream. It was horrible and... They had multiple signson the walls saying "NO LOITERING! 30 Minute time limit with food purchase!" It took us like 17 minutes to get our stuff. Onceyou order from the automated machine you have to grab a number and take it to your table. That's how we got forgotten about. Bc they didn't want people waiting up front. We went there to celebrate my daughter's basketball game and get ice cream as afamily. We will not be returning to this McDonald's again. Maybe you will get better results with the drive thru? Idk. I love hot and fresh McDonalds. I just hate when I get my ice cream cone, some of then dnt put a napkin with my cone. They just... give it to you with they bare hands. Thank God it comes with a lil piece of paper on it. Read more
