I'm disabled in a power ?? wheelchair and have a service dog ????????? and I go through the drive through with the cars ????... and the girl that hands out the food is expecting the next car and she gets lady in ????????? and ????????? and often I buyfood as a reward for my SD and we go across from the food window sit on the grass and I feed my boy his earned reward ..and shesays you really did buy that for the dog I'm like ya he knew it was his ! ???? but they are always very kind and accommodatingwith drink carriers and a bag I can hang my order on the arm of my chair with....very good crew . Sat in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes was the longest I've ever sat in a Drive-Thru. To make it better I was in the first... drive-thru and they took three different Vehicles orders on the second drive-thru before taking mine. Then gave me an attitudewhen I said hello in the intercom. Horrible service. Read more
Well I'm officially not accepting anymore DoorDash pickups at any McDonald's after 9 PM. Such a waste of time. My instructions... said to go through the Drive-thru. I did that and had to wait quite awhile. He then told me to go into the lobby. I pulledaround and knocked on the locked door. No one came or looked at me so I left. I have had nothing but bad experiences atMcDonald's later in the evening and have turned down half a dozen dashes at various McDonald's since then. Gonna be realdifficult for people to get their McDonald's delivered at night if things continue the way they are. Read more
Where do I start...Both management and their employees need some serious retraining. The gentleman who took my order tried hard... to overcharge me. Shrugged his shoulders as I told him I was overcharged as he didn't care. When I saw the pies I ordered,immediately I took everything back and asked for a refund for everything that I purchased. I asked for a manager and the olderlady was highly upset and was sarcastic that I wanted to see the manager. The manager, who was the worst of the 3 employees Idealt with, had an attitude because I wanted a full refund, not the subtotal. She argued with me about how much I shouldreceive. I had to explain that I paid tax and I wanted what I paid in taxes. With a manager like her, its no wonder theemployees act the way they do. Read more
Tried to order 20 big macs and they wouldn't take my order never eat here or get food for my family ever from this store
Employees are unbelievably nice but yet very slow. It took me 35 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru until the... time I was driving away.........and yes I really mean 35 minutes. I have NEVER waited that long for fast food. On top ofthat......the food was cold. Come on guys.........you can do better than that. Read more
What a difference between location, ownership and staff members. Just last week, I was inside of another McDonald's and couldn't... even get my order taken and was completely ignored bye everyone. Then yesterday afternoon, I went through this particularMcDonald's 2 lane drive-thru(no inside dining)and was very pleased and pleasantly surprised with all aspects of not only thestaff members, but the food as well. Even with a 2 lane drive-thru, there was hardly any waiting time whatsoever. And both laneswere full and backed up to some extent. This is what fastfood service should be like. And not just with this particularfranchise. This was the middle of the afternoon(approximately 2:30), yet it looked like the lunch/dinner hour rushtime. Everything flowed seamlessly together. From the ordering, to the paying and the collection of my food. Total time elapsed;less than 5 minutes. Even the other drivers were both patient and courteous, alternating between the 2 lanes of drive-thru. Iordered a triple cheeseburger combo. Total price was $6.03 I believe. The fries were piping hot as was the triple cheeseburger.I couldn't have asked for anything better. All of the staff members that I interacted with were both polite and courteous.
