Food is fresh but my kids wanted to eat here because of the playground, but the playground area is closed for no reason other... than the workers just didn't want to because they didn't want to work a bigger area and the workers know that if it was openthey would have more customers to serve which would've made the location more money. Watered down mocha frappe, wrong cup size and asked for 3 expresso shots and didn?t taste any in my frappe except chocolate.... I?ve ordered this before at other McDs and I could taste the expresso but not in this watered down frappe. Read more
This is was one the rudest experiences I have had at McDonald?s. The worker (with the red hair) was rude about me and my friend... ordering two sprites and she charged my friend $4.19 for ONE medium sprite. Save your time and skip this line! Read more
We were in the drive thru lane for 25 minutes, 10 of which were spent at the speaker with no opportunity to order. After 3... minutes of silence at the speaker my husband kindly said "hello?" concerned that the speaker wasn't working - the person on theother side very curtly said "be with you in a minute." We left after another 7 minutes of silence. Several other vehicles droveoff unable to wait as well. This location is poorly run. Read more
This store does a great job of getting cars through the drive through. They are friendly and when they accidentally made an... error on my order they fixed it quickly and added a pie for the trouble. Wish all stores were as excellent. Read more
If you want to spend your entire lunch break in line this is the place to go! The employees are rude and ignorant and just... don?t care about customers (not like that?s any different from any other locations) if they are out of something they wait totake your money then tell you ?shit we ain?t got no mo?. Some how the lobby isn't open even though the door said they were. The male employee that was behind the front counter saw me... and waved his finger no to me. Additionally I called the number 3 times with no answer. This was supposed to be a quick stop forbreakfast on our route and ended up costing us 20 min. Very poor service. Very disappointed. Read more
Workers seem like they were moving in slow motion. The food was not good and they ran out of ketchup and did not offer to give... us ketchup in a container until we asked. When they brought us our bag of food they did not even call the number or say a namethey just set it down and walked away. We had to go and look in the bags to see if it was ours. Probably the worst McDonald'sexperience I've ever had. Read more
