Worst McDonalds on this side of town. They take forever to take your order, they always mess your order up, foods never fresh,... staff discontent is obvious. I get it. Worked at a McD back in the 90s, no bueno. I got a crispy chix meal. Sandwich was old.Fries obviously had been sitting out for awhile, then they re-fry the hell out of it, leaving you with burnt crispy tubes. Theyalso like charging you for L drinks and handing M cups. Tbh, and I didn?t expect different but the BK directly across the streetis and has been 9/10 perfect everytime, even if the order is wrong over there the food is fresh. Went to McDonald's tonight went to drive thru cashier was very rude told me that they will take my order in 30mins go and park... in the parking lot no wonder this McDonald's on batties Ford road has a lot of bad reviews. Need to hire better help with greatcustomer service and know how to talk to people. Y'all are very rude there is no need to be rude since we Are spending ourmoney. Read more
This is the WORST run McDonald's ever. If you go anytime from 1am-6am they will either Not Answer or they will have an excuse... why they cannot serve you. Why even pretend to be 24 hours..... I've tried to get food over 10 times in this time frame fromthis location due to it being close to my work and they will never serve me. Go to a McDonald's 5 minutes up the road and youwill get service. Don't waste your time with this location they DO NOT CARE about the customer...... Read more
Horrible employees. Horrible service. Horrible wait. Disgusting dining room.... I cleaned my own table. Drive thru line was out... to the street. No one cares an the little boys working were too worried about fighting with friends over who poked who in theeye. Don't waste your time. Read more
When I went through the drive-through a few months ago everyone was very incompetent and rude. The person at the window even had... earbuds in listening to music and didn?t hear me ask for my drinks We don?t eat fast food a lot but today we did delivery fromthe same location hoping to have a different experience but of course not. We couldn?t give the burger to our dog because theyput everything on it including the bun when we clearly marked to have everything plain. We ordered a double cheeseburger withextra pickle no onion, and got a Nc double with only onion. The level of not caring about customers and the completeincompetence at the store is exactly the reason that we don?t eat fast food a lot and I?m not going to eat fast food anymore Read more
disgusting service. Not a single cashier at the checkout. not a single person in the pickup area. I waited 20 minutes. my... order was ready at 12. i saw a girl-boy put it aside. when I asked for my order. she said he wasn't ready. I waited another 10minutes. and I again approached the girl-boy. I said that I saw that my order had been ready for a long time, she said - I'mstill preparing it. as it turned out, my order had been waiting for me for a long time and had already cooled down! where isher brain? I hope she gets fired. 5 more people were waiting with me for their orders. It's also very dirty and stinks ofgarbage. I do not recommend this restaurant!!! Read more
WORST PLACE I?VE EVER HAVE IN MY LIFE. I wish I can give them 0 star. They don?t even deserve 1 star. I ordered a Happy Meal, a... hamburger and a sandwich. They gave me only ONE sauce, I asked for more but she said I only have a Happy Meal so I have to payextra if I ask for more sauce. I said I have a hamburger and a sandwich. She said hamburger and sandwich don?t come with sauce.So what?s come with sauce?!???? And for Happy Meal, instead of included the toys for kids, she put TRASH inside the Happy Mealbox.
