I used the drive-thru, but nobody greeted me for the first 3 minutes. After that the attendant told me to wait and that he will... be with me. I had to wait 9 minutes for help, at this point a line started behind me. After paying I went to the 2nd windowbelieving that someone will hand me my food. But to my surprise, I had to wait again for someone to come to the window, 4 ladiesworking /talking inside having drinks, and all helping with an inside order. When the youngest came to the window she handled mydrink and did not say anything about my order. Another attendee came and gave me a bag with something different from what Iordered! She brought another drink like a smooth without looking at my face. I turned around and said, I'm sorry, but this isnot my order. Did she say don't you order this and this? Whatever the order was and I said nope. My order was a double-quarterburger meal and a 4 piece of a chicken nugget. Once again I had to wait for my order to get ready. Attempted to get a latte? here however that machine was broken. Settled for an iced latte. On my way to work so assumed my drink... was palatable. Sour milk and in morning rush hour. I tried calling, no answer. Sent a complaint through the app. ?Would you liketo be contacted?? Yes! Was I contacted nope not an email, voice mail, nothing. The irony was Isebt to this Mcdonald?s becausethe last one apparently lost my order and it took 40 minutes to get my curbside order. Sour milk tops abysmal customerservice. Decided to try this location one more time 11/22/22 Ordered through the app to avoid issues. I was in the second lane,no line. Took orders for the cars in the first lane several time before I said something. Gave them my order code and was told Icould come inside for pickup. I actually had to have them repeat it as I thought I didn?t understand. Opted to leave and cancelorder. Manager has a smart mouth talking to her staff. One girl in glasses constantly texting her baby daddy mom about owing money.... Taylor the blue haired girl was great. Awesome personality. Last night I went thru the door thru and my order was so messed up. They put the wrong toppings on my burger, gave me cold... fries, I never got my drinks and on top of that the man waiting on me was just plain rude. The manager today replaced my orderbut overall a bad experience and the food was really really bad so I ended up throwing it out anyway. I quit coming to this so called restaurant over a year ago. Came back today and the drive thru was closed and we were asked to... come inside. Who wants to get out of their car and go in there??? No one! Everybody was driving off. My question is this: WHY ISTHIS THE ONLY MCDONALD'S THAT HAS NOT BEEN RENOVATED AND UPDATED ???? It still looks like a store from the 80's and 90's. Iwonder if it's because it's in a BLACK neighborhood??? Somebody answer that question. The owner is putting all his profits inhis pocket instead of investing in updating the raggedy, old, outdated building. That's an easy answer. Wish I could give this place zero starts. Please don?t ever go here. It is a waste of time for terrible food if you have enough... time to wait around for them. It will be a long time. Very rude employees. We waited 20 minutes with no one ahead of us. The young kids in there are so unorganized and rude this place should be shut down I sat there for over an hour trying to get a...
