As you know it's really hard to find some place that's open even to the 2:00 that they're supposed to be we went there at a... little after 12:00 on a Friday or Saturday and I'm glad they were open but the food was cold they forgot our kind of months weordered one special sandwich for the dog cheeseburger with plain and they gave me a cheeseburger that been there forever andeverything on it so I don't know why I even ordered it playing and trying to think other than that everything was good oh no thefries were like not they were like not cooked all the way or something and they were like icky mushy like they've been sittingin Greece it was not good but it was the middle of the night we were hungry it was like a last resort kind of thing but Iappreciated him being open and the lady is at the windows were super nice they were great and I'm sure that it wasn't theirfault that the food turned out the way it was because they didn't cook it they were running the window Read more
I went to this location 2 days in a row for lunch due to work. Both experiences were horrible. Whoever was working the drive... through was too busy talking to someone else to focus on taking orders. Both the customer in the 2nd lane and me had to keeprepeating our orders because she wouldn't focus on the single task of taking the order. They got an attitude when I requested myreceipt for tax reasons when I thought it was standard to provide with the meal. It also took so long for drive through to takethe orders that customers started driving off. Definitely will avoid this location in the future. We had to wait almost 2 hrs! For a happy meal and a crispy chicken sandwich! People was leaving impatient even after they paid!... And when you get your food it's cold, I don't understand if the cooking is not the problem why they take so long to give yourorder! And they always give you the wrong one!. Just don't go there! I used the mobile app and waited well over 10 minutes for a curbside pick up. When I finally got my order, I found out the... reason I waited so long was because the girl didn't want to come outside and risk getting her hair wet. If I hadn't alreadypaid and designated my space, I would have come inside. Do not go here after 2am, their lazy af! Ordered a big mack meal, french frie basket with a drink. Got my food after FOREVER.... Put my car in Reverse to tell them they missed one of my orders. She replies "they outta fries...& we're closing" WHAT!? Itsuppose to be 24hrs & they gave us a small mack instead of a big mack. HIRE A NEW STAFF! Read more
Long wait... take a sign for your table and no one delivers your food. I waited 20 minutes to walk up to the counter. The... manager handed me a bag, buy not a cup. I waited another 5 minutes for here to turn around and then hesitate on giving me acup!! Cute but she was a little rough around the edges. She did have the staff jump for the drive through. Read more
The food here is great, the service is polite and quick.. and on top of all that they got every single part of our order right... it was a $50 order with five separate people eating and they got every last detail correct. There's nothing more frustratingthan having to get back to the drive through for something that should have been there in the first time around.. to the staffhere, thank you keep up the good work.. you guys are very much appreciated ????
