They are frequently rude. My husband went there to get the order corrected from the drive-through, and the man at the counter... snapped at him and told him to enter his order at the kiosk. I have received the wrong order more than having received the rightone. I actually stopped going to this location because of it. Harrisburg location is better at everything. Read more
I mean.. I Know it's a McDonald's. And they are intentionally the same. I stop in at this one for breakfast at least once a... week. They are courteous while at the same time very speedy on serving their customers. You don't find those 2 qualitiestogether at many McDonald's. I recommend them for breakfast 100% Read more
Terrible experience! I placed a mobile order and the employees can see the order but they kept saying I short paid. I understand... this was a system issue but their attitude and facial expressions were terrible. What were they thinking? I paid for twosandwiches and put the rest on payment plan? MCD, please train your employees. Technology is not perfect, so when system errorshappen, they should know what to do instead of asking me to overpay and having an mean attitude. The meals were terrible. I returned 10 chicken nuggets. They had a old grease test. Received another order with fries. Went to... my car, I lightly squeezed a nugget grease just flowed out of nugget. The fries were like warm. The was the same for my wife'sfries we just through both meals away. Neither one of us will go back to a McDonald's. The food quality was poor! Read more
Had lunch there a while back, a pretty good experience. There was a bit of a wait, but that was most likely due to lunch rush... hour. Met some wonderfull staff, too. Would recommend for a quick meal. Read more
Not good! My wife visited this location, they stopped selling large fries mid-day on a Saturday, said only a basket of fries... were available. She ordered the basket of fries for me along with other items for kids, they put the basket of fries in thebottom of a bag, did not cover the fries in any way, then put the ketchup and other item in the bag on top of the frybasket.???????????? She said the staff was laughing an cutting up more than trying to get our order right. She had to unpackthe bag in the car, with no other bag to put stuff into to rescue my fries. An empty fry basket to over my fries would have beennice or a covered box like the Big Mac. I had to bring a bag to the car to get everything in the house. Not good. Read more
Ordered a quarter pounder and gotten a raw burger talked to the manger and was told I would be getting a new one free of charge.... Received the free burger and you can see clearly how greasy it is even the bun is greased up. Unsure what is wrong with thestaff but seems like everyone is mad or upset. Read more
No one bothered to assist when I stood at the register. Tried doing an online order with the kios and it wouldn?t let me pay and... directed back to the counter where once again I stood there to not be acknowledged nor assisted.
