They are frequently rude. My husband went there to get the order corrected from the drive-through, and the man at the counter... snapped at him and told him to enter his order at the kiosk. I have received the wrong order more than having received the rightone. I actually stopped going to this location because of it. Harrisburg location is better at everything. Read more
I mean.. I Know it's a McDonald's. And they are intentionally the same. I stop in at this one for breakfast at least once a... week. Terrible experience! I placed a mobile order and the employees can see the order but they kept saying I short paid. I understand... this was a system issue but their attitude and facial expressions were terrible. What were they thinking? I paid for twosandwiches and put the rest on payment plan? MCD, please train your employees. Technology is not perfect, so when system errorshappen, they should know what to do instead of asking me to overpay and having an mean attitude. The meals were terrible. I returned 10 chicken nuggets. They had a old grease test. Received another order with fries. Went to... my car, I lightly squeezed a nugget grease just flowed out of nugget. The fries were like warm. The was the same for my wife'sfries we just through both meals away. Neither one of us will go back to a McDonald's. The food quality was poor! Read more

No one bothered to assist when I stood at the register.
