I cant stand this place. The other day I ordered via uber eats and the failed to include my Sunday. Today I order and we did not... get all of our fries. This is ridiculous. I thought I was at chik fil a because of how polite the woman who took my order was. I think we all accept bad customer service... in drive thrus bc it?s normal and not a huge deal most the time. But today I was shocked and so happy with McDonald?s. Biancawas polite, courteous and fast. When I got the window I had to ask her name bc I wanted to make sure I had her name in thisReview. I feel like reviews are for old lady?s or cranky people but I was so impressed i pulled over in the parking lot to writethis. I come to this McDonald?s too much bc My kid loves happy meals and sometimes I?m too tired to cook. This is the first timeI?m leaving with a smile on my face. Customer service is terrible. Dining in. Firstly, all the tables are dirty. There is food all over the floor. And this is before... trying the food. Now I ordered a nc double and medium fries and drink. Burgers are harder than the bun. Meaning burnt!!! Iwaited about 10 minutes to order. No line. A few people in the restaurant. First time and last time at this location. Thestandards are very low here. Either shut down or bring in a capable staff that can bring this location on a positive status.Management here should be trying to fix this. Seems as if these employees don?t care. Update: Now its 515am still not open. Its 5am, multiple cars in drive thru. Lights all on. Hours posted say you open at 5am. ... No one taking orders. I called and the lady was dismissive saying she didnt care people were waiting. This has happened multipletimes at this location. Late to open....I have to get to work too.... I have been going to McDonald?s for 40 years and I?ve never been to a worst location! A few weeks ago I went to this location... at 7:25 in the morning and the dining room wasn?t open. I called to ask when they would open and was told drive through only andhung up on?twice. I just went through the drive through and the women was down right rude. Hands me my food w a scowl.
