I have door dashed lunch 3 times. The food is amazing. Their "2 for" for lunch is awesome.
Placed an online order for curbside. Not only did they not have what I ordered and I had to substitute it for something I didn't... actually want. After marking "here" I waited fifteen minutes after my order should've been brought out. Finally called and theycouldn't find my order. No wonder McAlister's is shutting locations down regularly. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a 1/2 sandwich with a cup of macaroni and cheese and a bowl of tortilla soup. The soup and the... macaroni both were cold. The people were not friendly at all; therefore, customer service suffered. I was in the restaurant forwell over an hour and I never seen any tables cleaned and in order for people to have a place to sit they were piling plates onother tables. Repeatedly watch people come in and leave because the restaurant was so dirty which means they consistently waslosing money. There was 3-4 people working behind the counter bringing out random plates and were not busy which means at leastf those workers could have easily been cleaning tables.
