This location is extremely congested and not very efficient. Parking is a headache due to it being in a Harris Teeter shopping... center. The design of the restaurant is weird. There?s no space to walk into the restaurant through the front doors, you?ll beblocked by the line to order. Guess they didn?t think that through. The line moves very slow and it?s awkwardly quiet in thekitchen, doesn?t seem like a good work environment. While I think their breakfast is good , they?re very expensive! I don?tunderstand why businesses like this who make an enormous amount of profit on marking up food tend to nickel and dime theircustomers who are already overpaying. I?ll post a picture of the $7.00 orange juice which they won?t even FILL UP!! They actlike they?re gonna go bankrupt if they fill up the cup! It?s so greedy and pathetic. On that alone I wouldn?t recommend thisplace, because they don?t value their customers. Read more

Highly recommend the biscuit with chicken and Goat cheese! It was stellar. The atmosphere is a little chaotic. You order at a... counter and seat yourself. We were in on a busy day and there was one staff member cleaning tables, but I actually didn't seeher wipe any tables... that was my only complaint. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is very clean. The biscuits are just okay though. For the same... price you can get 2-3 fastfood biscuits. Sure, there not as good, but they're not that much worse. I didn't get to try thewafffles, but they looked great. I don't think I'll be back. Read more

I will be looking for a Maple Street Biscuit Company in every city I travel to this year lol. If made-from-scratch biscuit... sandwiches aren't your thing, they have a nice menu of yummy entrees to wow your taste buds. Their house-made apple butter isabsolutely delicious. This particular location is off South Blvd in the Queen's City of Charlotte, NC. It's not too far from thedowntown area. Now, the food. I ordered the Bluegrass Grits Bowl & "The Farmer" chicken biscuit with a fried egg, topped withthe apple butter sauce. Oooweee! Who knew a splash of hot sauce was what my grits have been missing. Fantastic biscuit sandwiches. The chicken was great, very flavorful with a all around great biscuit. The sausage gravy was... incredible and as much as a fan of chicken that I am I might go for the sausage gravy next time. That hit the spot. Their coffeemocha drinks were great too. Read more

This was our first visit. There was no wait when we got there. The staff was friendly. The place was clean and seating was... easy. Our food came really fast. It was hot and delicious.
