be careful delivering orders from this restaurant. First time going to the store. FIRST encounter. I asked to pick up a order ... door dash after walking around the store for the pickup counter or shelf apparently. After seeing a order that wasn't mine. Itold the cashier I was here to pick up from door dash. Which he then walks over to a totally different shelf that I didn't see.Then proceeds to ask me what that says. I ignore it and repeatedly say thank you as he continues to berate me over a shelf. LikeI should be able to visibly see that is says door dash. But you can't see that I don't want to be berated at 8 am. Like you'remy grandpa. Best bagels I've found in Charlotte, and yes, I have that high NYC standard. I really like the selection, from savory to sweet... (super cinnamon and glazed blueberry are favorites), from bagels (and bialy) to pastries. Great prices, too! Read more
I have been coming to Manhattan Bagel forever as my wife prefers their asiago. For years I would only buy the bagel and apply... cream cheese at home. Last week I asked them to make up the bagel which brought back memories about how cheap they are with thecream cheese. I can go to Bagel Bin, Poppy Seed and even the Bagel Boys and get a bagel with a good amount of cream cheese butManhattan will not do that whcih means a decent bagel thats on the dry side. Read more

Absolutely love this place for many reason! The bagels are consistent, and made fresh everyday. Love the owners as they enforce... the mask mandate, and as a high risk person it makes me feel safer when I go to their lil restaurant. Definitely worth thewait!! Read more
