The people here are lovely and took great care of us. We knew going into it that you paid upfront but what I didn't love is that... you don't get an itemized receipt - I paid $45 (before tip) for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast dishes...I'll get over that but thenwhen we didn't like our food (4/5 people) we couldn't get anything reduced or removed from the bill like a normal restaurantwould handle. This place could be so much better than it is so I hope this is somewhat constructive for the owner(s). Read more
The cutest little eatery. It's different because you order and pay first them find a table. Nice! But if sitting at the bar it's... full service. I had the chicken biscuits. Omg. Amazingly good. Great food! Super impressed with the quality of the food. We didn't know how it worked so quickly lost our place in line while... waiting for someone to help us get a table.... If you haven't been there before you need to stand in line and place your orderat the host stand then take a number. Looks full service but operates more like a fast casual. Don't expect a handle on your hotcoffee, that's arriving in a soup bowl! Table was wobbly, lights were dusty, but the food?! So good. The donuts w the whippedcream cheese and mixed berry topping are a must.we both had bacon egg and cheese sandwich, out of this world. Slab bacon cookedperfectly with a soft potato roll, grilled in the middle! Totally craveable! Read more
While the food is excellent and the location is great the service is poor overall. While some individuals are nice, overall the... staff seems annoyed with basic requests like water or to go boxes. I didn?t feel super welcome over my two visits and I willavoid coming here if I can help it going forward. Read more
Isn?t it ironic?. That no spoons were provided with our coffee (neither were handles for that matter) The good: the food was... tasty and inventive if in need of some salt (which was provided). The silly: The fact that you order before being seated makesfor a weird interaction, no suggestions or mention of specials, and you are asked to pay and tip before you have receivedanything. If you follow me on Goggle, you know I give out a lot of 4 & 5 star reviews. This is generally because I research places before... I go, and don?t usually post negative reviews. If I take the time to post a review it?s because the business deservesrecognition! LittleSpoon definitely deserves recognition! They take orders at the door and then you take your number and sitdown to wait for your food/drinks. We didn?t have to wait long and the food was fantastic. I had the *Sec, with chickensausage, egg and cheese on a grilled roll and my husband had a special that included tostadas, egg and brisket. Only problem Ihad was the OJ was very small (maybe 3-4 oz) and didn?t include at least one free refill. For the price, it should have. Read more
Great location, including sitting outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Creative menu and great food. The bowl of... coffee was creative but not practical. Maybe the idea was to give the customer enough coffee that they don't have to ask forrefills, but it gets cold, so leaving a pot on the table would be better.
