I ate dinner at Link & Pin in the Arboretum on November 30th and had lunch here the week before. This is my new favorite... restaurant in Charlotte. We ordered the hummus trio for an appetizer that was excellent. I tried the Fireside Chat cocktail. It is a smokey Old Fashion with Rye. As you can see in my photo, it has a glass on top to capture the smoke from the sugarmaple chips. It was a refreshing cocktail. For dinner, I had the shrimp and grits that came with a sunny side egg on top. Itwas fantastic. My server both times I was here was Sara. She is so friendly and provided exceptional service. Sara makeseating at Link & Pin a fabulous experience. I hope to have her the next time I am here. Read more

Great place to dine, an elegant upscale restaurant. Soft jazz music in background was perfect for any occasion. If you want to... impress someone, this is the place. Plenty of vegetarian options too. Price friendly. Read more

We stopped in for lunch, first time. We didn't know they had such a nice view! Our server (Eli) was great. The food was so good!... The atmosphere was classy and not like anything else in the area. Read more

Having been big fans of Micky & Mooch at the Arboretum, we were disappointed when it closed during the pandemic. We finally... decided to give the new restaurant in its old location a try for Father’s Day brunch. While it was good enough that we’llgive it another chance, it didn’t fill the shoes that Micky & Mooch left behind. Most disappointing was my omelette. Thepresentation was flat out boring, and it was just about as tasteless. Literally no seasoning at all! Any breakfast diner doesbetter. According to my wife, her sushi platter was quite good, and she polished off almost everything on it before I asked if Icould try some. Not on par with the best sushi in town, but she says it was enjoyable. Our daughter’s shrimp & grits wasreasonably good but nothing special, both according to her and me; I ended up eating more of that than my omelette, as there wasmore than enough to share. Maybe our expectations & hopes were just too high, but if it’s no better the next time we try it,I doubt we’ll give it a 3rd chance. Read more

Excellent food and drinks. Cauliflower appetizer was very good and so was the Tomahawk steak. Very tender and flavorful. Sides,... pruchased separately, were good, although on the small side (especially the mushrooms). Good selection of cocktails andbeers. Price is reasonably high, but seems to be fair, compared to similar offerings in the Charlotte area. Read more

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because the food really is outstanding but the prices on the drinks is a little high for my... liking. Brussel sprouts were amazing and unique, chicken and waffles are the perfect comfort food, steak was huge and servicewas very professional. Surprisingly empty inside at 9pm on a Saturday but outdoor area seemed to be a little more occupied. Read more

This review is late. I enjoyed a soft opening service on Saturday, 02-26-22. I can't remember server's name but she was great.... She was attentive & never let our glasses get empty. She took her time explaining menu items and giving suggestions. Theambiance was great. I ordered the salmon. I would've tried their sea bass had it been available. I also had the brussel sproutsand the roasted garlic mashed potatoes. My friend had the decadent chocolate cake. I took my bread pudding to go. I nevershould've started nibbling once I got home. It was so good, it never saw the light of day. I also had the spiced cherry mule. Myserver helped me decide & I definitely didn't regret it. Our check was discounted in half because of the soft opening, but theservice was top notch! The manager also came to greet us. The only suggestion was to maybe have warm bread available while wewait.
