I?ve been eating here for years with my family for breakfast and the service has always been mediocre. Food has always been... delicious. My last dine-in experience was awful though. So much so that I submitted my feedback through Le Peep?s customerfeedback forum and after waiting 4 weeks with no response or outreach, I?m now writing this review. I ordered one of theirsignature omelettes and realized after a few bites that I did not like it at all. Additionally, the omelette was supposed to beegg white and it was not. I have an intolerance to the yolk. I explained this to the waitress asking if I could order adifferent omelette and she said sure. I was shocked that when I received my bill, I was being charged for both omelettes. Afterspeaking with the manager, who also stated she called the owner, it was decided that I would have to pay for BOTH omelettes. Ifind that terrible customer service. I find it disconcerting to make a loyal customer pay for a meal they were not satisfiedwith. Le Peep needs to do better. My family has not been back since. Read more
Wonderful staff. Very kind. Excellent food. The French toast was the best I?ve ever had. Loved the kids menu that folded out... with crayons and good choices. Read more

Horrible customer service. When asked how was everything, we said it was horrible. The manager?s response was ?but you ate most... of your food.? She didn?t even ask to find out why it was horrible. We specifically asked for no toast and butter on our son?smeal due to his severe food allergies. They still gave him toast and butter. The manager?s response after we told her was ?is hegoing to still be OK?? This place does not admit their mistakes and does not care about fixing their mistakes. Read more
The food was great! I got the Lumberjack which came with two eggs, your choice of sausage or bacon (I got both) and either... potatoes or grits. Only $11. The only thing I would say that is preventing me from giving them 5 stars is the service. I?mreally big on servers working for your tip. The server we had didn?t really come to check up on us. I think she only came onceand we where there for longer than an hour which I thought was unresponsive to our needs. Overall, great food but subparservice. Read more
I've eaten here before and it was good so my wife and I tried it again today for lunch. We both decided on ordering one of their... breakfast dishes for lunch. I ordered a skillet meal that they named Home pie. It came as shown in the picture with a side ofbread of your choice. It was good but not memorable. My wife ordered the Western omelette with wheat toast. They forgot thewheat toast so I shared some of my English muffin. We could have told them to bring the toast but we had enough. 3.5 stars but gotta round up^^ Got 2 coffees, 1 espresso milkshake 1 create your own omelette 1 order of carrot cake pancakes 1... order of 2 flavor pancakes and 1 order of sir Benedict omelette, Coffees: terrible, tasted like sewage. Espresso milkshake:Pretty good tasted like espresso and chocolate loved it. Create your own omelette: pretty good. Sir benedeit Omelette: flavorwas good, Switched chicken with bacon. 2 flavored pancakes: they were decent not the best around but pretty decent for a quickbite. Fruit cup: AWFUL literally them fruits tasted terrible it kinda tasted expired and sour. We were too full that we didn?ttaste the carrot cake pancakes!
